**What do you like best about LoanPricer Mortgage Pricing Engine?**

The software allows you to input variables to provide you with various loan pricing options tailored to you. I've used other software that does the same thing, but I don't find it as easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about LoanPricer Mortgage Pricing Engine?**

While its UI is excellent and easy to use, it lacks some of the features that other CRMs have by default, however it definitely has streamlined a lot of the process.

**What problems is LoanPricer Mortgage Pricing Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I'm looking for a home and considering a loan, I usually only get a rough estimate, whereas LoanPricer allows me to enter other details about me that might give me more accurate information about my loan. Also the historical pricing function allows me to see the current trends.

This software allows you to enter variables that will give you a variety of loan pricing scenarios personalized to yourself. I've used other software that has this same function and I didn't find it as easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about LoanPricer Mortgage Pricing Engine?**

I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about it; it's pretty user-friendly and straightforward.

**What problems is LoanPricer Mortgage Pricing Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In searching for a home and considering getting a loan for it, I can typically only get a rough estimate whereas with this, I can input different details that pertain to me that may factor in, giving me more accurate info about my loan.
