What do you like best about LoadSpring?

Where do I start? The support is amazing, and the gernal idea of this software is amazing. The thought of having an over the web IT department is very cool, and not to start they have solved all of my problems super quickly. Their springboard software is very ewsy to use also. What do you dislike about LoadSpring?

I dislike that the springboard software sometimes randomly signs me out, but apart from that, nothing else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
