My favorite thing about Lnk.Bio is that I'm able to associate images with my links. I believe this makes it much quicker and easier for our Instagram followers to find what they're looking for on the page. It's also extremely quick and easy to use on the back end. I also like that they often implement improvements to the service and the interface. Additionally, the lifetime price option is a great one for smaller organizations--or large organizations with a small budget for social media expenses. I actually haven't found anything about Lnk.Bio that I dislike so far. It took me a while to figure out how to usefully use the reporting functionality, but that was likely more my fault than theirs; it is actually fairly intuitive once you take the time to focus on it. The only thing I dislike about using Lnk.Bio is that it adds an additional task to my workday--however, it's easy to use, and this is really more of an Instagram weakness than anything to do with Lnk.Bio itself. I do occasionally get error messages when I try to update my Lnk.Bio page, but they usually disappear with a refresh, so it's no big deal overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
