**What do you like best about livestep.ai?**

The livestep.ai chatbot solution is a great extension for our help center, which connects our large knowledge base with the help of ChatGPT's language model in the best possible way, and enables the user to quickly find exact results with natural language input, which beats the classic keyword-based search by far.

The cooperation with the livestep.ai team was very good. In the course of the PoC, the feedback from our internal tests was quickly implemented. Even technically very demanding requirements regarding our test cases were solved to our complete satisfaction with the help of customizations.

The chatbot widget was extended with useful functions as part of the PoC, such as the ability to evaluate the quality of the answers in order to make any necessary adjustments to the backend.

The creation of the database as the basis for the chatbot based on the content from our HTML5-based help system was carried out quickly and in a standardized manner by the livestep.ai technical team. 

The quality of the chatbot's answers in relation to our extensive knowledge database could be adjusted well.

Questions to the livestep.ai team were always answered quickly.

**What do you dislike about livestep.ai?**

There is actually nothing to complain about. 

If I had to name something, it would be at most the possibility to customize the design of the chatbot widget regarding colors and own logos with an editor that I can use myself. 

Nevertheless, the livestep.ai team made these adjustments quickly and easily so that we could adapt the widget to our corporate identity. 

As livestep.ai is constantly working on improvements (during the PoC alone the widget was constantly improved) I can well imagine that such a function will soon be available.

**What problems is livestep.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The chatbot allows you to find answers quickly and precisely through natural language input in our large pool of knowledge and expands the knowledge, especially on technical topics, with already trained knowledge from the general model of ChatGPT. Answers to technical questions can also be found very quickly for our support team.
