"LiveOps has great functionality and intentions, but falls short with bugs and lack of integration"

What do you like best about Liveops?

What I loved is that the product generally performs as promised. I was able to make dozens of dials quickly in a short amount of time and the records populated securely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Liveops?

Ideally, it would be nice if the interface would be able to live inside the main platform I used, which was Salesforce CRM. I didn't like having to swivel-chair from screen to screen. It may be for a different reason, but I feel that because they weren't integrated, LiveOps frequently timed-out and froze, forcing me to have to restart constantly...it happened several times a week. What do you like best about Liveops?

It is very easy to use, no training is really needed it is very straight forward. I really appreciate how it is easy to see your calls for the day and how long each call is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
