What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?

LiveHelpNow makes customer service easy. You can integrate Chat, SMS, Email, Support KB Articles, and callback features all into one platform. You can even use it as you call center with Zoom. I love have fast support responds to issues, and how feature rich the platform is. There are so many things you can do with just a few clicks when your chatting with someone, that makes using the interface really simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?

The admin interface feels dated, and some of it is not super intuitive to non-technical people, however, considering the sheer number of features that are included it's understandable. My only other issue is not being able to have an "admin" user that doesn't have rights to chat, email, etc and having to pay for that seat instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?

Great pricepoint. Support is very responsive and helpful. Feature requests never feel like they dissappear into the aether. Permissions granularity is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?

I don't like that I can't disable the challenge scoring system. For our usecase, we do not need the system to score staff service quality and compare it to other staff, and it doesnt lead to a productive environment for us. I just have to tell staff to ignore the number.

The configuration settings can also be fairly unintuitive (but after some time, that goes away, and I really havent had to tweak much since initial implementation besides adding/removing agents here and there). Their onboarding support is also super responsive, which alleviated that frustration as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?

We've been customers for years now. I would be difficult for me to give you an example of any downtime for the chat service - very reliable. Easily customizable products, and help is available when you need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow?

Besides the product, the Houston Methodist team greatly appreciates the staff at LiveHelpNow. They are fast to respond with easy resolutions to any issues that arise. Jared Brown has been readily available to assist with troubleshooting issues, training staff and exploring new ways to use the LHN technology to help us work smarter and not harder. Even the billing department is fast to respond! The analytics produced by LHN save staff a huge amount of time, as this was previously a manual process. What do you dislike about LiveHelpNow?

Nothing against LHN, but we have not fully utilized the platform in regards to AI, call integration or their version of a chat bot due to using other vendors or security restrictions put in place by our organization. We utilize LHN as a tool to assist our HR support team, but as a health care organization we always have to tread lightly on potential data leaks. However, I can see how this tool is fantastic for sales or organizations that don't deal with personal health information. We've been a customer for many years, using multiple LHN tools & are very pleased! The reporting & other tools are very robust. They do a great job of keeping current with technology.
