One current limitation we have noted in CrelioHealth is the inability to split samples or reserve individual test orders when multiple tests are issued under the same invoice.

In scenarios where some tests need to be postponed (e.g., fasting requirements, repeat collections, or add-on testing), the system does not yet allow flexible reservation or partial sample handling within a single invoice. You can actually fetch patient details as well paying claims automatically to insurance companies through its integrated claim switch. The software is easy to use, and implement all the given and requested features. It is easy to inegrate with providers and familiarity only gets better with frequent use. It would be nice to have more report templates available for the customer to choose from rather than customize a single one. Also, it would be nice if the software can 'remember' date ranges from tab to tab. Feature request is a great option as well to further customize the software. What do you like best about CrelioHealth LIMS?

This LIS is easy to use. The customer support specifically Shekh Nahid is very helpful and always responsive.

We have added 4 panels to our Molecular department and everytime it was a simple process and quick. I use this system everyday as a Lab Manager, Accessioner and Molecular Technologist. The QC features are helpful for monthly QC audits. The system was easy to integrate into our machines (Indiko, Biorad and LCMS) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
