It is a very fast way to connect with personnel support and I also like to type- I communicate better in writing than in person.

LiveChat is an amazing way to connect with people, mostly business staff members (the ones I usually encountered) virtually without waiting on hold for hours, and with the ease of a few strokes of a keyboard and mouse.

chat.io is basic and easy to use for both clients and customers. It's a complete solution recommended for any startup organization. Chat.io is also affordable.

I'm that of a tech person but I from usage, I have not been able to pinpoint and downside to using chat.io

the application keeps on saying there is no internet conbection even when my internet is on which forces me to force close the app before i open it again. And sometimes it just stops functioning.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I like how easy it is to navigate. A lot of chat softwares have too many or too little functions. I'm able to locate all my chats all at once.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

The red ring (too long since you have replied) appears VERY fast. It doesn't give a reasonable amount of time before lighting up red.

**What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to speak with customers in real time who can't call in. Emails are often time sensitive and by the time we get to them it's too late, but they aren't in a position where they can call during normal hours. It really appeals to these members.

What i like best about LiveChat is right in the name.. you can chat live with any questions you may have.

It can get annoying sometimes when you get the pop ups and you don’t need a live chat rep

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I love that you can see what the customer is typing prior to them hitting send. You can get a real sense of what they're after by following their train of thought. It's wonderful to think you are helping someone right then and there as opposed to plowing through a queue of emails that are days old. People are pleasantly surprised in smaller companies when this is available and it helps drive sales and upgrades!

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

You, the service representatives, really need to explain to your managers that some days are okay for up to 3 at a time but other days it's all you can do to keep up with one in a professional and accurate manner. Feeling pressured to answer more than 2 at a time because another rep is able to do so, whether they do it well or not, is an added stressor.

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

Try it out and have a team member try it with you. It is really satisfying to be able to help someone in the present rather than responding to an email. I also suggest just trying with  a limit of one customer at a time during a slower time so you can get the feel of manuevering around the product.

**What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Which program people are wanting to sign up for at the time and helping to clarify questions that might be difficult to find in a FAQ page. Also, it's great that it can integrate with Desk and other apps. It really helps drive sales for those on the fence and help with upgrades. It also really pleases people when they do write in and get a response to a difficulty they're having in real-time.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I enjoy the Livechat app because its very customizable, pairs with a mobile app, allows for auto-responses, has full email and response integration, has full website integration, and maintains a low web profile. Also, the livechat reps are quick to respond and helpful.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

Some customers have reported that the livechat bubble is a nuisance when it pops up and they can't seem to get it to "go away." Also, occasionally a reply sent through the chat interface isn't received by the customer in their email, but this could also be a server anomaly on the customer's email provider.

Tailor it to work for you.

Instant answers to questions and FAQ's by customers. Also order support, checking the status of shipments, etc. Its beneficial because even when I am away, chats get forwarded to my email, which I can reply to within my inbox, and they are delivered to the customer.

I like that LiveChat is easy to use and accessible from different platforms which makes it mobile. With LiveChat, we can access most of client details for example contact and location. LiveChat makes it easy to take care of customer needs based on the issues they are raising.

Some times LiveChat takes to long to load more so when the internet is slow.

It is convenient. It is also effecient in ensuring clients. It is great way to maintain face to face meetings with clients. Makes job easier and smoother. Creates repor with clients. Easy to learn to use. Easy and quick to access.

It is very glitchy! More often than not it buffers for long periods of time. There is often interruptions in connection that cause loss of contact with client and or miscommunication. Software DEFINITELY needs some adjustments and tweaks. Keep working!

Customer satisfaction! Correcting any errors with their products. Giving clients a face to go with the name. Not just a voice over the phone.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I like that it is an embedded live chat solution for my normal educational website and mobile platform. LiveChat can let you and your team connect to the people visiting your web properties, in real time. Most software  does not allow you to communicate with subordinates and supervisors in your organization with the speed that I have witnessed with LiveChat.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

Sometimes the LiveChat toggles & seems to slow down at certain parts of the work day. This however, could be due to the One System software that I was using to grade tests and not due to LiveChat itself.

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

LiveChat can really make a difference in your organization. Real-time is the way to go. This software can bring your organization into the 21st century. Very easy to use software to communicate with your employees/employer.

LiveChat allows the employee/employer to quickly in real time conversation(s) contact each other. Saving the company time & money. Employee/customer issues/inquiries/concerns are presented right away.
Since, LiveChat is an online customer service software with live support, help desk software, and web analytics capabilities, it really can help an organization come into the 21st century with ease.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

Everything you would expect from a live chat module. The most helpful part of this program, and what I like best, is that you may view what a customer is writing before they even submit their question. It really helps answer our customers questions quicker.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

For the use we require, there is not much I can say about dislikes. It has all the right functions of an online chat module. The only thing is when others are on the site, if there was a way turn have the chime only go off the first time you visit the site, and then never go off again since you know it is already there. That might a little more professional.

Quick client services care and because it's in real time our customers tend to have a similar experience as if they were on the phone. Also, if we do miss their chat, we can easily follow-up via email with the information provided by the customer.

I love how easy it is to see when customers are active on our site.

I don’t like that customers may disconnect easily if it “appears” inactive for a while. Sometimes it takes us longer to resolve issues but the website will disconnect.

We get a lot of customers needing assistance with our hospitality services so they can easily chat with us to resolve their issues! I realized how beneficial it is to have this service because customers don’t have to wait minutes to hours on a phone line to reach support.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I have used LiveChat on numerous occasions, to communicate with customer service agents across varying industries (banking, service providers, etc.).  What I love about Live Chat is the speed of communication and instant accessibility to the agent on the other end.  I have never had a dropped conversation or gaps in the discussion from a software perspective.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

Not a dislike per se, but I get tired of taking print screens to retain proof of the Live Chat conversation; it would be nice if an option to receive a transcript/copy of the conversation was offered at some point in the interaction.  Sometimes the dialogue in a LiveChat is the only "insurance" a customer has, so a more efficient transcript option would really be great.

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

Consider the user experience from a perspective of whether LIveChat is optional, timed, or just immediately pops up upon login.  On one hand, I don't like this *immediately* popping up just because I have logged into a service portal.  At the same time, however, I don't like having to seach for the LiveChat tool.  Maybe a timed interaction - something like a quick notice at the 1 minute mark offering help if needed - but also not a disruption to the user experience (the prompt shouldn't hover or be overly clunky to get rid of if the user does not need the help at the moment).

**What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a user, LiveChat helps me multitask; I can be working on emails, reviewing other analytics for work while still communicating with a LiveChat agent and getting traction on my personal account inquiries that I use LiveChat for.  Also, I am very sound sensitive and talking on the phone often bothers me; humans on the spectrum often experience stress with sounds/talking/cell phone amplifying sounds, etc.; I am definitely in this category  LiveChat actually helps reduce my stress by providing a platform to type inquiries/correspondence and still have really personable, positive interactions with humans but not be overwhelmed.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I love that fact that it allows me to get a faster customer engagement & communication to feed more leads and deals into my pipeline. I never make my clients wait for long. That solution makes our customer service and sales more effective. 

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

Depending on the settings you have for your account, it will let your reps to pick a customer from a queue or get the chats delivered directly to them, the problem is that if there is nobody to answer the question from the queue it will make the customer hold forever instead of creating a ticket.

This Integration will make your job faster and easy to manage. This platform, you will provide that assistance your customers are expecting to get.

We'd get to manage all questions and provide a better customer experience for all users on our websites. Also, all our orders increased since live chat was integrated to our network.

It's a fabulous software. I really liked it . I would 100% recommend this chat software to all my colleagues and friends who would get in touch with me . Keep on your great work. All the Best! . I did not touch base with you since, I know how it works. I have worked with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy for quite sometime . 

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

No I do not have any negative points for this as of now. So would not venture into that for now.

All my users who wish to get their website made require an interface where they can get offline or online messages from their customers while they interact with their website, this software comes very handy for the same. It's easy to install and simple to use.

I like how easily I can use it. It is self explanatory but it needs to be fixed

I don’t like how slow it can be. I find myself comparing it to other softwares too much. It takes a while to load up

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

Its user friendly and takes no learning at all.  Both for the user as well as the students.It gives the students the ability to get answers to questions and make decisions much quicker than previous processes.  I also like that you can anable/disable notifications.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

The limitation on the number of chats you can host at one given time.  There are time when things are slow and it would be beneficial to have the ability to start a new chat and utlize my time wisely.  I dislike the time period for blocking people, there are times when someone should be blocked indefinelty and there should also be a security measure to recognize when a blocked person creates a fake email address

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

Utilize the chat to increase your business flow, also make sure you schedule your staff accordingly. Scheduling is the most important part of making the software work for your business.

**What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to live chat all written communoication went through email and this caused many prospective students to  move on to another school when they did not gwt an immediate answer to their enrollment question.  Live Chat enables me to engage the student at the highest point of interest, rather than 3-8 hours after they were seeking guidance.

The Live Chat box pops up automatically, always making it convenient for me to access an agent to interact with regarding my questions, comments, and concerns with a product. 

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

Sometimes the LiveChat box pops up an annoying amount of times. It can sometimes hinder the customer's shopping experience. 

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

It is a great resource, however, I would suggest making some modifications. I would like companies to think about how much they bombard customers with their use of LiveChat. Perhaps this is the standard setup (popups and link at bottom or side of website). I would much rather have it popup only once throughout my browsing session. After that, I know where the link is located, as it is clearly present and usually flashes or shows an arrow to open the box. These issues can hopefully be easily resolved! They do not stop me from shopping or interacting with the customer service through LiveChat, though. I do also see the benefit of a repeated reminder of access to the feature.  Overall a great service for customers to have access to.

I have only interacted with LiveChat as an online shopping customer.

Live chat is easy to use and is a fast service. Questions are answered quickly and in a timely manner.

Sometimes my questions are not sent to the right category. If it is not a live chat then and just help desk then I have to do a little more research, which is'nt always a bad thing.

It is very helpful. Many people who need questions answered at wee hours of the night can get their answers quickly. It makes every ones lives so much easier. People are in a rush now days and this can help them more quickly.

I like that we're able to use LiveChat with ChatBot build without the need of Code as it's a drag and drop function allows us to make responses that match our client needs. With this on our website it allows us to have support on our website 24/7 and ensure that our clients are satisfied with their needs. It comes preset and allows you to customize the chat icon and place it on your website with a snippet of code.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

I dislike that the feature to pop up the chat bubble after a certian amount of seconds may or may not work depending on the browser you have. Looping is also a feature that takes away the immersion, once you start looping you are able to realize that it is in fact a robot.

I can only recommend using LiveChat with ChatBot intergrated to automated your website by building leads and answering simple customer questions. It cuts out alot of work and saves you alot of money compared to hiring a staff soley to chat online.

What I like most about LiveChat is that it has an easy to use interface, orderly and user friendly setup and one of the best customer service if you do run into a question or problem.

The only thing that is dislikeable about LiveChat that very infrequently the server connection drops and is lost for about 10 seconds which automatically ends a chat with a customer.

I like how responses to all customer tickets by our agents go directly into the inbox folder of the customer.Ensuring he/she is unlikely to miss the response.Livechat introduced chatbot to us at Interswitch and since we started having our chatbot respond to customers on the website,there has been less pressure and workload on our human customer service agents.
 Livechat integrates with some of the most important software we use at work such as Dropbox and Salesforce.It also integrates with our Facebook page as our customers now chat up agents live from a Facebook,without needing to visit the Interswitch  website. 

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

The Livechat smartphone applicant can only be used to chat with website visitors and nothing more.I cannot create new canned responses via the app. Neither can I add new agent profiles.This should be addressed.

Thanks to Livechat,we are able to provide quick and real time response to questions by website visitors and address concerns raised by our customers through the Interswitch website.Maintaining Livechat as our medium of communication has reduced the amount of resources expended on other customer support platforms available to Interswitch customers.

I enjoy the fact that we're able to 1) see what the customers are typing and 2) see the history of a customer's browsing experience to gain a better idea as to their knowledge of the product.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

The response time is instantaneous.  You can work almost side by side with the other person you are hosting and can walk through the steps with them. Its better than a real telephone call... you can work on the computer while chatting with the other person, attempting to correct or amend their situation. It is a virtual help desk. I like also like that you can print and copy a complete copy of your chat for your file or for follow up or reference in the future. It documents your work and file for practical purposes. Some offices require that as well. 

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

If the internet is down or our server is down or lagging, then response time is slow or non existent. Also, it is unfortunate that you cannot put a face to the person you are chatting with. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. 

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

I would highly recommend it. Once you get a feel for it, you will use it with ease and it takes the place of annoying follow up correspondence, emails and telephone calls. You can get everything you need in one chat and that saves time and money.

Setting up medical independent examinations and interviews.  We can take a statement immediately after an occurrence of an incident or accident.  It is quick, efficient and you can take the statement in real time. There is no need for endless phone calls or follow up emails to try to get in touch with someone.

 I like the quality of support Livechat offers my organization ,the Livechat support team is always helpful,polite and available 24/7 ; basically,my organizations support structure has looked towards the Livechat support structure as a great example to emulate.

The inability to respond to tickets opened by customers through the mobile app. I am required to access Livechat on desktop in order to respond to tickets.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

I really like to implement Livechat in WooCommerce stores, the integration is excellent, the installation is fast and the configuration is simple, I can customize the window, add the logo or choose a default style. It allows me to interact with the client in a real and active way and, when the chat is disconnected, it takes me to a ticket form so that the communication is always maintained. All this is done very easily and adds value to the online store.

I have no complaints It works quite well and the customer service has always been there to help.

It's simple, functional, integrates well with other softwares and CMS, so it's worth trying.

I design online stores for e-commerce and this pluggins helps my clients to maintain direct contact with their own clients, increasing the conversion rate, satisfaction and loyalty. I've tried several live chat pluggins, but this is the best one so far.

**What do you like best about LiveChat?**

Instant chatting so I cold help the customer at that moment. Livechat is easy to use, customize, set and navigate through it.It doesn't take long to learn the software, you can probably teach your self how to use it. I respond to multiple messages faster because of the canned answers to the most asked questions. It also has a mobile app.

**What do you dislike about LiveChat?**

The mobile app has limited capabilities and sometimes the android app acts up. Sometimes it knocks me offline, in the middle of a chat and the screen freezes, then I would power off and the on and I have lost the chat.

**Recommendations to others considering LiveChat:**

Easy to use, easy to setup and their customer service is great! Its very convenient.

People want instant answers to their problems and this allows me to get the answer to them quickly. We have a team overseas and this allows us to chat with them.

LiveChat is very easy to use and has a great notification system in place to let you know when potential customers come to the sight requesting more information.

It would be really nice if you were able to autoassign unopened tickets to reps based on territory. Right now, someone has to manually go in and check for the open tickets.

There are a lot of different customer interaction softwares out there. Make sure to check them all out first to see which one fits in best for you as LiveChat doesn't have all automation attached to it that some do.

We neeeded a system in place to have easier communication with people on our website. What we realized was that it is a fantastic tool for reports and dashboards to see how quickly tickets are responded to.

Because my LiveChat session was abruptly terminated, I cannot evaluate the service, other than to recommend that they fix whatever problem caused my session to terminate.

I was trying to identify the best language learning software for my needs. I received no benefit because my chat session was abruptly terminated (not timed out) for no apparent reason, and I never got any feedback to the questions I had answered.
