What do you like best about Listrak?

The Listrak admin. It's clean, clear, powerful, and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Nothing really. I'd like to start using text but it's not affordable for a company of our size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We launched our 25 year old website on a new platform mid last year and watched our Organic Traffic fall. We increased our email blasts and made up from the missing Organic traffic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be willing to look outside what you are currently doing for other opportunities in the Listrak product ecosystem - we had some a la carte options suggested to us by the Listrak team that at first seemed outside our normal functions, but once they were implemented made a measurable difference in our performance.
