I would absolutely recommend Listrak to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for an ESP. Their platform is robust, yet user friendly, and their flexibility makes them a great partner.
But where they truly shine is account management! Our account manager, Rob, is top notch, always there when we need him and he’s not afraid to get his hands “dirty” when necessary. They put on a first class event (ConneXions) last year in Austin, TX that was educational, informative, and fun. We feel like we have a true partnership with Listrak. Listrak allows us to consolidate all our email tools into one place. Their administration tools for our email list are easy to use and quite powerful. With Listrak, we've been able to expand our list, reach our customers easier and more regularly. Our deliverability has also improved since joining with Listrak.
We also use the auto compaigns that Listrak can generate, making it a snap to send relevant marketing emails to our list without a large team building them. Great integration with Shopify - able to segment customers in different groups based on a variety of factors. Reporting is also detailed enough to get good insights into what is working and what is not. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions I have. I couldn't be more pleased with Listrak. With Listrak, I keep all of my data and e-mail activities in one place. It is the one-stop shop for all marketing activities. Everything from contact acquisition, retention strategies and contact removal is handled efficiently with the Listrak platform. Creating new messages is easy to do with Composer and including recommendation zones is a breeze. The entire support team, including the project managers, integration specialists and account managers, are top notch! I can bounce ideas off of my account manager and usually receive feedback within 24 hours. My account manager also makes suggestions based on rising trends. There are a few optimizations I'd like to see included that could be powerful (A/B testing pop-up content), but there isn't anything I truly dislike.
