What do you like best about Listrak?

I would absolutely recommend Listrak to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for an ESP. Their platform is robust, yet user friendly, and their flexibility makes them a great partner.

But where they truly shine is account management! Our account manager, Rob, is top notch, always there when we need him and he’s not afraid to get his hands “dirty” when necessary. They put on a first class event (ConneXions) last year in Austin, TX that was educational, informative, and fun. We feel like we have a true partnership with Listrak. What do you dislike about Listrak?

What do you like best about Listrak?

The support is very quick to respond and willing to assist with any issues/questions. Having the option for the drag and drop feature when creating an email has been very helpful and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Its very hard to navigate throughout the system. Finding reports or transnational messages can be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Listrak?

Listrak allows us to consolidate all our email tools into one place. Their administration tools for our email list are easy to use and quite powerful. With Listrak, we've been able to expand our list, reach our customers easier and more regularly. Our deliverability has also improved since joining with Listrak.

We also use the auto compaigns that Listrak can generate, making it a snap to send relevant marketing emails to our list without a large team building them. Our small team is therefore better able to keep consistent with their sends, as well as being able to target more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

It is pricey, and the logic for sending emails for the automated campaigns can get complicated. Training is necessary. Fortunately Listrak is very helpful with questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We always had problems leveraging the power of our email list, as well as providing it enough resources to grow. Listrak has taken care of both problems. What do you like best about Listrak?

Great integration with Shopify - able to segment customers in different groups based on a variety of factors. Reporting is also detailed enough to get good insights into what is working and what is not. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions I have. What do you like best about Listrak?

I couldn't be more pleased with Listrak. With Listrak, I keep all of my data and e-mail activities in one place. It is the one-stop shop for all marketing activities. Everything from contact acquisition, retention strategies and contact removal is handled efficiently with the Listrak platform. Creating new messages is easy to do with Composer and including recommendation zones is a breeze. The entire support team, including the project managers, integration specialists and account managers, are top notch! I can bounce ideas off of my account manager and usually receive feedback within 24 hours. My account manager also makes suggestions based on rising trends. If you can think of it, odds are Listrak has addressed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

There are a few optimizations I'd like to see included that could be powerful (A/B testing pop-up content), but there isn't anything I truly dislike. Even after watching training videos for the Listrak Conductor (automation builder), I still find some of the processes abstract and slightly confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you like all of your data in one place and automating campaigns, Listrak is for you. Listrak is well suited for Marketing teams where members where multiple hats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to signing up for Listrak, my company used one service for marketing e-mail, another for recommendations and a third for transactional e-mails. Being able to tie everything together into one system was a huge improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
