easy to use. Can either create emails with their templates, HTML or a combination of both. Account reps are great and able to chat whenever needed as well. Implementations have a relatively quick turn around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Ability to kickoff projects under separate sub-accounts/lists. Actionable data dashboards & CRM audiences makes it easier for our teams to monitor & improve daily performance. Sharing audiences with paid channels is a breeze. The customer support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

Robust platform with many options that other ESP's do not include. Also, the daily support from the account management team is very helpful and it is nice that we always feel supported with new launches and/or issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding process was more difficult than expected, mostly because of limited resources on our end, but also because it took longer than expected to get up and running in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to consolidate many different vendors into just a few vendors because listrak was able to manage a lot of the features we wanted which was great. Listrak is straightforward and easy to use. The account management support has been excellent, and the team is always happy and willing to help us strategize, set up campaigns and train us which has been very helpful. What do you like best about Listrak?

Because of our SKU system, we have never been able to figure out a workaround for utilizing Listrak's product recommendations tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

With our previous ESP, it took a considerable amount of manual work to set up recurring automations. Listrak helped us solved this problem and allowed us to remove our own dev/programming resources from the process. We have also taken advantage of Listrak's date warehouse functionality to improve our email performance, which is a feature to which we did not have access with our previous ESP. What do you like best about Listrak?

Like that Listrak is a one stop shop for Emails, SMS and CRM all in one platform & that makes it easy to manage resources and execution. The team is also very collaborative and can be a great partner to drive growth for your business.

Also like that you are able to integrate Email & SMS strategy under one solution. Especially when it comes to flows, it helps split your messaging based on channel affinity and track customer behavior across channels under one solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Listrak?

Nothing significantly major to point out here. But feel SMS solution is a bit new and has room for more advanced functionalities. While we are able to leverage SMS solution under one platform, analytics section can be slightly more manual and need you to toggle between 2 dashboards. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you?

1) Listrak allows us to leverage Email , SMS + CRM all under one roof, saving us the trouble of managing multiple solutions and resources spent behind integrating them.

2) Their CRM is built on Looker instance, which makes it easy for the team to navigate through reports easily, given we use Looker internally too.

3) Their email solution has some advanced functionalities like heat mapping, products purchased at campaign level etc which has been super helpful as additional KPI's we can use to measure campaign performance besides clicks, opens , conversion etc

4) Great that we can also leverage LT "Recommender" tool for online product recommendation as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Listrak?

I would absolutely recommend Listrak to friends, colleagues, and anyone looking for an ESP. Their platform is robust, yet user friendly, and their flexibility makes them a great partner.

But where they truly shine is account management! Our account manager, Rob, is top notch, always there when we need him and he’s not afraid to get his hands “dirty” when necessary. They put on a first class event (ConneXions) last year in Austin, TX that was educational, informative, and fun. We feel like we have a true partnership with Listrak.
