There was a few days earlier this year when an update had introduced a bug that had caused me to lose words from my balance. Clearly, their support desk was bombarded. I have been using listnr to get started with my own podcast. In the beginning there were sometimes some technical issues but the support responded fast and fixed the bugs. Since then I think the platform has evolved pretty nicely. For example the studio where you can invite friend for intervies and create high quality video and audio recordings is a cool new feature.
