## ListKit Reviews
 ### 1. 45,000 Emails, Zero ROI.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | President & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Their initial pitch and discovery call was the only positive.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

We used this DFY service to generate leads for U.S.-based e-commerce brands using Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.

Our offer is pretty straightforward: we provide a free, high-value Google Ads audit that reviews a company’s account, identifies inefficiencies, and delivers actionable recommendations to improve ROAS. This only makes sense for legitimate e-commerce businesses actively running ads.

The results were extremely disappointing. We sent approximately 45,000 emails and received only one legitimate reply from a company that was not even e-commerce but a B2B company, and outside our target entirely.

The core issue was the data. Leads consistently fell outside our criteria, including: Non-U.S. companies (e.g., Germany), Businesses without functional websites, Irrelevant platforms like Wix, and Outdated or low-quality companies that were not viable prospects.

We raised these concerns multiple times with our account executive, Yasir, but targeting issues were never properly resolved.

If your outreach depends on accurate targeting and qualified leads, this service will not deliver.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing

 ### 2. Extremely Reliable Campaigns with Easy Setup and Proactive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle D. | Director of Claims Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

My ListKit campaigns have been extremely reliable. Deliverability has remained consistent, inbox placement and rotation hold up across campaigns, and we haven’t dealt with missing messages or unstable metrics... which has been a big improvement compared to similar tools we have tested.

The interface is intuitive, workflows are logical, and core features are easy to access without digging through menus. Integrations are straightforward to set up and work seamlessly with existing systems, which made implementation quick and frictionless.

At the same time, the platform is feature rich, without feeling bloated. It offers everything needed to run and scale successful cold email campaigns. From list building and deliverability tools to warming infrastructure and campaign management. ListKit does this without overwhelming the user, or requiring constant configuration.

The list building platform is clean and easy to use, with accurate and regularly updated contact data. The "Done-For-You" setup made onboarding simple, and the email warming/sending infrastructure scales well as campaigns grow. This allowed us to run multiple campaigns without constant monitoring or troubleshooting.

From a results standpoint, we have consistently seen 100+ new client engagements per campaign and roughly a 15–25% increase in business. This has all been achieved without callbacks or heavy manual intervention on our part.

Their Customer Support Team is another major plus. They stay engaged, remember relevant context about our account and campaigns, and provide proactive assistance when we need it. This makes the entire experience a real operational difference when compared to similar products on the market. In my opinion, ListKit is truly one of the best products of it's kind available.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

So far, there haven’t been any major drawbacks. As with any outreach platform, there’s a learning curve when first getting your campaigns live. It took me a while to get acquainted with their internal systems, but the onboarding process and customer support team assisted us whenever we had any type of question or hiccup along the way.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ListKit solves the problem of unreliable cold email outreach by providing strong deliverability, accurate contact data, and stable sending infrastructure. Before using ListKit, we dealt with inconsistent inbox placement, technical issues, and time-intensive outreach methods like cold calling.

By enabling a shift to an email-first outreach model, ListKit allowed us to move our prospects directly from cold email to website engagement. This has significantly improved efficiency and lead quality, allowing us to focus on interested parties instead of locating them.

 ### 3. Disappointing Service, Far Below Expectations

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierre C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

ListKit didn't solve anything for us. They were supposed to run great outbound campaigns to land new customers, but their performance was terrible. We used their rotating mailbox with a master mailbox to send 30,000 emails and only got 4 non-negative responses, with just 2 being real. None converted, making it a complete scam of a service. We churned out of them. It doesn't work and it's far from the 3% positive reply rate that's the industry standard. We got 2 out of 30,000 emails, which is orders of magnitude worse. The setup was hard, requiring 3-4 calls all for nothing, plus a $1,500 onboarding fee.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ListKit didn't solve anything for me. Their outbound campaigns had terrible performance, and we received only 2 real responses out of 30,000 emails. It's very far from the 3% industry standard and doesn't work.

 ### 4. Super smooth onboarding and support, excited to launch with ListKit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny M. | founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

I really like how easy and straightforward everything is with ListKit. The campaigns are set up for me, I can edit scripts directly, and the support is next level—especially the flexibility with billing and live support for things like webhooks. The triple-verified leads and management of multiple domains make it super hands-off and efficient, plus I get a ton of value from the credits and resources provided.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

The only thing I wish was different is that there isn't a dedicated app yet for replying to emails on my phone. It would be a lot more convenient to manage replies on the go instead of just through the web interface or with workarounds like webhooks.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting me in front of people that are in need of my services, with the right message at the right time.

 ### 5. Disorganized Support and Poor Execution Undermine a Promising Concept

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben N. | Founder | CEO | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Honestly, the only positive was the initial pitch — the concept of automated list building sounded promising. The idea behind the product is solid, but unfortunately the execution and support never lived up to it.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Almost everything about the actual experience. I was bounced between multiple sales and onboarding reps who clearly weren’t communicating with each other, and none of them seemed to fully understand their own software. Simple requests took weeks — I submitted campaign changes nearly 30 days ago, and they were only just updated. I repeatedly asked for certain lists to be excluded and others included, and they consistently did the opposite. Most of my paid time on the platform has been spent waiting for their team to fix mistakes or take action. The overall lack of coordination, product knowledge, and basic competence made the entire process incredibly frustrating.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, ListKit hasn’t solved any problems. The delays, miscommunications, and incorrect list handling have actually created more work for me, not less. Instead of streamlining outreach, I’ve spent weeks chasing down updates, correcting their mistakes, and waiting for basic tasks to be completed. Any potential benefit was overshadowed by the amount of time and money wasted.

 ### 6. Powerful Lead Generation with Room for Support Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Imran P. | AVP - Digital Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

I really like the level of drill-down filtration that ListKit offers, which helps to narrow down exactly what I'm looking for. The results or the data we generate are mostly accurate and reachable. With its features, I can reach the maximum accuracy level of the data I'm targeting. We also found more features in ListKit compared to the previous service we used. The initial setup was very fast since we completed it during our demo.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

I find the customer support needs improvement - it's very difficult to get answers from them. They should reply faster and resolve queries within 24 hours. My last support conversation took 3 days and it wasn't even resolved.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ListKit for lead generation, extracting a specific user database to target in cold calling and emails, improving accuracy with detailed filters.

 ### 7. Totally disappointing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

Probably their advertising, it sucked me into spending $97 for no reason!

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

It's not a complete platform like Apollo unless you send nearly $3,000, so the comparisons to 'being better than Apollo' that they tout are an outright lie.

You sign up, and you can only target by role, country, city... nothing focused, no company size, no intent, no nothing. Then you're forced to essentially take all the contacts they give you and... from what I can see, that's about it. Money down the drain, in my opinion, if you're a small business.

I will cancel my subscription the moment the contacts are downloaded and will then return to Apollo to do anything with them.

All the other features they advertise are clearly premium. You can't even integrate a CRM without paying $1,000s.

I don't leave many reviews, but I feel like people should be warned.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess verifed emails, but I had that already, I was keen to see how ListKit compared to Apollo, as they shout about. It doesn't. It's not even in the same ballpark for the cost.

 ### 8. Big Promises, Zero Results

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared O. | Vice President of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

They took a very hands on approach in creating our copy

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

Account manager didn't seem to care if our campaigns succeeded.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They were supposed to send emails that generated meetings. If that happened, I wouldn't be writing this review.

 ### 9. Effective Email Outreach, Easy to Navigate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph S. | Managing Principal, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

I like the login dashboard of ListKit because it looks nice with different stats. It was really easy to forward positive responses to my work email.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

ListKit could develop an AI robo calling system so leads are left voicemails as well.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ListKit casts a wide net quickly, leading to many interested responses and calls. It's easy to forward positive responses to my work email, making communication more efficient.

 ### 10. Essential Lead Gen Tool for Solo Founders and Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Venkat R. | Associate Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about ListKit?**

ListKit has quickly become a favorite in the B2B lead generation space, particularly for solo founders and small sales teams who want to avoid the "busy work" of data cleaning.

**What do you dislike about ListKit?**

While ListKit is highly praised for its simplicity and the "triple-verification" of emails, it isn't the right fit for every sales workflow. Most criticisms from users fall into the categories of pricing, feature depth, and administrative hurdles.

**What problems is ListKit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ListKit is designed to solve the "quality over quantity" problem in B2B prospecting. Its primary goal is to eliminate the tedious manual work associated with finding, cleaning, and verifying leads so that sales teams can focus entirely on outreach.
