I use LiquiFire OS for image generation, layering logos and personalization on products. The scripting language for writing chains is proprietary but if you have used any other scripting language it will be easy to pick up. You can modularize your scripts and use tab delimited variable tables or JSON objects to pull your data in. My favorite thing about it though is that you can set it and forget it. Once you set something up it just works. They also have a great web based code editor that has autocomplete making the chain build that much easier. They also have great PDF documentation which I use to quickly find what I need. For my use case I create the images once and serve them from a CDN so I can't speak to direct access from a website. For me implementation and integration has been pretty straight forward and whenever I got stuck their customer service was there to help me out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only dislike about the platform so far is creating grids. It's a Photoshop plugin that is required to create curved overlays and it's no terribly intuitive. If I was working with it ever day I'm sure it would become second nature but because I only need it about once a year I find it better to just hire their professional services team then to learn it all over again. Standout feature is its real-time image processing. Whether resizing, adjusting colors, or adding custom effects, it happens instantly helping to save time. Really helps with mananaging thousands of images. Templates are nice too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been with LiquiFire for over ten years now and are always happy with the work they do for us as well as the value it brings to our customers. Since we do not have physical stores for our customers to visit, LiquiFire helps our customers to visualize their customizations on our products in real time without seeing the product in person and knowing they will get a high quality result. In my opinion, the platform can be a bit technical so it is a must to either have your own in-house developer or work very closely alongside the LiquiFire developers to help navigate and set up products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While the service is a powerful tool for enhancing customer engagement and personalization, the platform's interface presents a steep learning curve. At times, navigating the platform feels cumbersome and less intuitive than ideal, requiring a considerable investment in training for our team effectively utilize its full range of features.

This can somewhat hinder the spontaneous use of the tool when new assets are needed. However, it's important to highlight that these challenges are largely mitigated post-initial setup and asset integration, reducing the necessity for daily engagement with the tool itself. LiquiFire can be set up for a wide variety of uses that are powerful and elegant. Whether you have technical knowledge on your team or not, the team is very helpful in understanding and and providing the right level of support. LiquiFire is also very reliable. The user interface can be a bit cumbersome and sluggish at times, which can make managing assets via the browser a little slow. This is more noticeable when setting up many assets at once, but becomes less of an issue for smaller projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Product personalization is a significant value proposition for my company. We use Liquifire to render real-time previews for custom engraving across hundreds of products and multiple websites. We are able to provide a myriad of personalization options including a wide selection of font choices, monogramming and custom messaging to our B2B and B2C customers. Being able to provide a live preview is uniquely important and allows the customer to hit the ‘add to cart’ button with confidence.

The availability to make self-directed and immediate adjustments to data tables, masks and base images provides a high level of control.

Their capable Support team is readily available to answer questions; provide guidance & best practices; and training whenever support is needed.

Given our success with Liquid Pixels, we are inspired to develop new offerings that leverage the Liquifire OS. It is fully scalable and fully capable, and seems to be only fettered by our imagination. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
