**What do you like best about Fountain?**

I love how easy it is to collect information and onboard users to our platform. We can easily keep track of data and expiration dates.

**What do you dislike about Fountain?**

Some of the analytics can take a minute to figure out.

**What problems is Fountain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding, compliance documents.

The layout is easy to use and is logical. There are plenty of ways to use Fountain and integrate it into your current operations.

**What do you dislike about Fountain?**

While Fountain has a lot of tools and features, it may be difficult to learn at first.

**What problems is Fountain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm currently not aware of an issue that needs resolving.

**What do you like best about Fountain?**

Fountain has been a versitle tool for my company. We utilize it when onboarding, along with using it as a reference to find driver's phone numbers. It's very easy to use which makes training new folks a breeze!

**What do you dislike about Fountain?**

Admittedly, I haven't discovered a feature that I do not like when using Fountain. It's one of several tools we have and makes doing our job more effecient.

**What problems is Fountain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fountain is makes a variety of features available to our agents and staff depending upon your settings. It's used for onboarding purproses along with storing all of our driver's information.
