Its poor design and less user friendly interface make it hectic to use. It needs to provide versatility, not enabling me to create stunning websites, online stores and blogs. **What do you dislike about Liquid?** The drag and drop builder complicates customization, with options for layouts and themes. Its unresponsive design does not ensure that my site looks good on any device. I don't like how hecticly it integrates with tools making site management and optimization difficult. **What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately I find Liquids customer service to be unsatisfactory and unresponsive. They often take an amount of time to address issues and provide solutions leading to delays in problem resolution. There are glitches on the platform that hinder trade execution and investment management. ### 2. Security measures, like cold wallet storage, make me feel confident in using the platform. **What do you dislike about Liquid?** Fees can be a bit high, especially for frequent traders. More transparent fee structures would be appreciated. Also, the mobile app needs occasional improvements for a smoother experience. **What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liquid addresses liquidity challenges in crypto trading. The World Book feature enhances liquidity, ensuring better trade matches. This benefits me by providing improved prices and a more seamless trading experience. ### 3. Camera feature to take pictures of receipts is simple and easy to use. Transactions pop up as soon as your card is swiped unlike other expense management tools. Can take pictures of receipt straight into app at time of transaction and not have to save receipts for later. **What do you dislike about Liquid?** There isn't anything I dislike about the product. After using several other expense management tools this is by far the easiest and most intuitive to use. The UI is simple and can be done entirely from your mobile. The only downside is you can't approve expenses from your mobile yet. **What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liquid along with Trip Action solve the travel booking and expense management piece of our business. We've used various other tools in the past and not had good adoption due to the difficulty navigating the tool and it was just too cumbersome to use. This is simple and straightforward and allows all kinds of guardrails to be put in to help manage overall expenses. ### 4. I have never used another software competitor so I wouldn't know what to compare to, but this definitely does the job. **What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not a manager or executive but I know it helps overall streamline all expense approvals and reimbursements. It saves time and stress for users, managers, etc. ### 5. Card option/Manual receipt submission, Tap Pay. Each are extremely easy to use and understand, as well as track and keep record of! **What do you dislike about Liquid?** The only thing I could dislike about the Liquid App, is a lack of 'fine print' policy explanation. Instead of something like 'Travel - On-Trip - Meals - X amount of dollars', There should be an option to allow a more detailed policy standard. Such as, "One meal constists of 1 Appetizer, 1 Main Course, 1 Dessert, and 2 beverages.", or something similar. **What problems is Liquid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liquid makes is easy to manage and set a wide variety of groups, and expense options for those groups, as well as the ability to have completely different policies and options for every group or even non-group classified employee. ### 7.
