We mainly utilize the realtime monitoring aspects, knowing where our vehicles really helps speed up the process when I need to get someone to an emergency situation as soon as possible without having to communicate to the entire fleet. No major downsides, I need to spend some time working with new features that have been implemented which I think will help with putting our customer base on the map. As business owners we dont always have the time to stare at these. The custom reporting is great (I get a daily email regarding the fleets activities from the previous 24 hours sent to me). Also it gives everyone a sense of where each other are located during the day - it helps for new jobs that come in, particularly when someone is near someone else and we see that on the map. We had 2 cameras that somehow got lost or never set up and we were charged the entire year for those. When I called they told me that there wasnt a way to track when they were running.
