"Robust CLM Platform with Outstanding Support, but Clarity on Future Feature Access Needed"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

Our experience with LinkSquares has been excellent across the board—from initial sales engagement to full onboarding and daily use of its core platform, including Analyze, Finalize, and the Microsoft Word plugin. The product has delivered tangible improvements to our contract lifecycle. The Word integration has become essential to our redlining process. With our customized drafting rules in place, it flags problematic terms and suggests preferred language in real-time, enabling faster, more consistent edits without toggling between platforms. What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

While we are very satisfied with the core platform, I would have appreciated more clarity around which features are included in our subscription tier. Specifically, functionality like risk scoring and private label email domains were referenced during our discovery and decision-making phases, and we initially understood these as standard platform features. Learning post-contract that they require additional costs or access to higher-tier subscriptions was a disappointment. These are highly relevant features that we expected to deploy early on. "Streamlined Contract Management with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

I like that everything is in one place. The contracts, the emails, the various versions, etc. are all within LinkSquares, making it easy to find out what the status is and keeping everything related to a particular contract together. There's no need to search in different places. The initial setup was extremely easy, and the customer service team was phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

The only comment I have is that the Priority platform needs some additional updating, but I do understand it's their newest product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Contract Management, But Needs Better Support"
3/5
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

I use LinkSquares for contract management, and I appreciate its organization and search features. It also provides quick access to key terms and offers templates which I find useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

I have a few issues with LinkSquares. The signature reliability isn't great; sometimes the signature requests just don't get sent, and you don't even get a notice about it not being sent. Also, the support can be really slow, taking more than 24 hours for a response at times. The autorenewal reminders could be better, and linking documents isn't as smooth as I'd like. What do you like best about LinkSquares?

I love the customer service, how user friendly it is and how the company actually implements changes based on customer feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

There are just a couple little things I am hoping to be able to do in the future like mark checkboxes during the signing process and for the system to note which page a signer missed spots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best overall contract management and automation software"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

LinkSquares document summary ability is by far the best I've tested (we trialed 4 different competing software in our selection process). We've been using them for 3 years now. Transitioning to them is easy with bulk uploads and their assistance with the onboarding process. Contract automation in finalize is simple, which is a big differentiator as some of the competitors were complicated and resulted in a low likelihood of adoption. I really like that the AI summary provides a link to where in the contract it says what is summarized.

I also can't overstate how good their customer service. You talk to real people (and even video calls), and they're actually helpful and pleasant. It's a game changer from the typical service call center. I don't dread the help line like I do with so many of my other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

Every software has its downsides. For LinkSquares, one is probably the lack of an AI chat like functionality (so far), which would be a nice add considering where the market seems to be going. It's organized a bit like a spreadsheet of agreements with tags, with the ability to search your contract by type, tag, or contents. While you can link agreements in a parent/child designation, those who like folder style organization may have to get used to it. I also wish it had a data room function, where I could place certain documents and allow limited 3rd party access.

Finally, keep it mind that it's not the cheapest option out there. But I do feel I get more value from it than I do from the less costly options I looked at. It works seamlessly and is less prone to problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Contract Management with Powerful AI and Seamless Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about LinkSquares?

The LinkSquares CLM platform stands out for its user-friendly and intuitive interface, which makes navigating and managing contracts simple and efficient. One of my favorite features is the Microsoft Word plug-in, which provides a seamless way to edit agreements without leaving the familiar Word environment. The AI Assist function within the plug-in is exceptional—one of the best AI tools I’ve worked with—offering insightful suggestions that speed up the review process and enhance accuracy. Additionally, the clause library is an invaluable resource for storing frequently used clauses and easily adding new ones from current agreements, ensuring consistency and saving time across the contracting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkSquares?

While LinkSquares offers many strong features, there are a few areas for growth. The post-signature repository currently lacks an AI chatbot for real-time assistance—though I understand this feature is in development, which is promising. On the pre-signature side, the out-of-the-box reporting options are somewhat limited; while custom reports can be created, they come at an additional cost. Lastly, navigating the contract negotiation and workflow process tends to be easier when there are fewer reviewers and approvers. That said, some of this complexity stems from our own internal processes rather than the platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
