It s greatest feature is the ability to track SLA compliance of ISPs. Calculate Penalty amounts for SLA violations etc. **What do you dislike about LinkEye?** Reporting dashaboards can be made better with more export options. **What problems is LinkEye solving and how is that benefiting you?** LinkEye helps us to 1. Save Time : It allows us to monitor & manage hundreds of WAN Circuits across the globe from a single SaaS portal. AI does auto troubleshooting in case of a circuit is down. It can also open a ticket with service provider. 2. Optimise costs : It helps us do proper capacity planning of the WAN circuits. 3. ISP accountability: It helps track the performance of the ISPs and claim penalty from ISP for SLA breaks. ### 2.
