LinkedIn Talent Insights utilizes a combination of location, skillsets, experience and desired outcomes to match employers with qualified candidates. What I like most about this service is that it helps you to fill the gaps within your employement pool. It provides insights that are not otherwise available to you. What problems is LinkedIn Talent Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

Linkedin makes it easier to evaluate candidates on a broader scale and it allows for the opportunity to spend less time trying to seek qualified candidates. We have been able to spend less time focusing on trying to find someone and more time on other tasks. It allows to properly plan for the future and use a pipeline approach to talent acquisitions. Linkedin Talent Insights is a fantastic tool that provides real-time, quality information on talent pools and companies. It is pretty simple to use and is helpful for our talent teams as well as other departments across the company. I appreciate the ability to share links to reports with others and the ability to download PDFs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Talent Insights?

Sometimes when trying to search, the requests time out and I have to log out and log back in to restart my search. It is also impossible to modify a previously saved report - I have to save an entirely new report which leads to a lot of duplicates and cleaning things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LinkedIn Talent Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?

LinkedIn Talent Insights provides our talent teams with the ability to see what is happening on a global scale when working to hire for specific roles or in specific locations. It allows our teams to be better educated on the talent landscape and to educate hiring managers.
