## LinkedIn Recruiter Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent platform for premium hiring (Leadership hiring)

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is the best hiring platform when it comes to premium hire. Candidates with high experience (executive level) will have detailed profiles on LinkedIn. Hence, it makes sourcing easy for recruiters when hiring for a high-level position. Using our premium account, we can also reach out to 3rd connection on LinkedIn. We can put all required filters and narrow down our sourcing based on our requirements.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It's costly compared to other hiring platforms. Though we can connect with candidates easily but cannot get their resumes on the platform. However, candidates have the option to upload their resumes. We do not have filters for diversity hiring and a domain. Also, we can't put any filter to see similar resumes

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an excellent tool used by companies for their hiring needs. I use LinkedIn Recruiter to source premium profiles and executive-level candidates as a recruiter. It also helps me in networking with passive candidates who may be good hires for us in the future.

  ### 2. LinkedIn Recruiter is a great asset to any recruiter!

LinkedIn Recruiter is an excellent tool for staying organised. I enjoy how many filters assist me pick down the finest candidates! It appears that additional features are being introduced to make my job as a recruiter easier. I'm a big admirer of LinkedIn Recruiter and wouldn't want to be in a position where I couldn't use it. Definitely worth the money.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The least useful aspect of LinkedIn is that individuals use it like any other social site and begin writing about their personal life and problems. It may be more expensive than rivals, but I believe it is worthwhile because the individuals are trustworthy and qualified for the positions we require. I'd also want the computer to notify me when prospects with the profiles we're seeking become available, so we can save time in the search.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I enjoy about this platform is that it helps us to identify the right applicant in the ideal area by segmenting and filtering the search based on the candidate's location.

LinkedIn is the best platform to find resources by using the candidate's name, location, job title, skills, and company name.We can send a note to send a connection request; that would help us accept the connection.

Easy to use and share projects as well as the ability to post jobs and track applicants through the LinkedIn Recruiter account, also assigning accounts and the ability to manage these accounts to the best use of it.

I would have liked it more if it is easier to track applicants, add notes and share also archive profiles, the issue we faced was that we can't delete projects we created for training purposes.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to reach out to all potential candidates (passive candidates) and send then InMails even if we are not connected or worked together in the past, this is the best tool, in addition to the projects and managing applicants, also reviewing resumes easily.

If we made an Job posting for finding the candidates means we are getting Inrelevent responces as well. who not in that particular technology background they are also apply for that posting.

It's easy, gives the option to select good, maybe, unrated and rejected candidates. Which is helpfull, one can go back and check the category. In mail is also there. We can message the candidate directly

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The payment and support system is pathetic. It took us 6 months to get a resolution. And recently it stopped taking indian cards so again no way to solve it and customer representative would just send automated messages and close the ticket without even solving, no follow up. They would take your number and won't even call.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment problem is solved. The candidates we get on LinkedIn and the ease of using is no doubt the best among all other portals. The UI is great. We can send rejection mail through the app itself.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruby H. | Talent Acquisition, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It's the only place to find a large batch of tech candidates. It also has strong filter abilities.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It's incredibly janky (e.g. When searching the title of a company, there's no way to see a logo and confirm you're choosing the right company with that name). It also crashes consistently.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tool helps me find candidates.

  ### 12. LinkedIn Recruiter - Best Tool for Talent Recruiting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is the best tool for attracting talent by posting jobs on LinkedIn so that I can get interested and relevant candidates. It also helps create projects in which I can add as many candidates as I find suitable for that particular skill. We can also send direct Inmails to candidates so that they can directly communicate with us one-on-one.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

This does not enable us to see the current and expected salary of the candidate.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter helps in getting in touch with Relevant applicants. It really helps to get all the traffic moved to our ATS by entering a link for that job post so it did solve the problem of getting traffic at one place.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed I. | President & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

If only I actually got access to the product I paid for, but sadly, I have not gotten access.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It took over two weeks to get into contact with sales on even getting my recruiter seats. Its been a week since I paid for the product (over $1k per seat), and I still haven't received access to the product. Horrible service, horrible customer care.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A
Can't evaluate product because service is pathetic.

  ### 15. Not as effective as the one seems it to be

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faiz R. | Assistant Manager, Staffing and Recruiting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter has the best pool of candidates a recruiter could imagine. Offering a good amount of database makes it an excellent tool in the recruitment industry. Technology-driven tool makes it a go-to tool in this fast-paced era.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The downside of a LinkedIn recruiter is its poor response when it comes to consultant engagement. What i dislike is the pricing policy of the number of "InMails" you can send daily. Most of the InMails goes unanswered or even candidates are not bothered to even respond asking your money go in vain.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My recruiting, sourcing and head-hunting skills are tested here but lack of response makes LinkedIn recruiter less effective. Talking about pricing most of the organisations fail match up with that.

  ### 16. My preferred tool for quality search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I can put Boolean or can search through keywords. LinkedIn also provides keyword suggestions which makes it easy to use. The result has always been accurate to what kind of candidates I am trying to find. Also, my major quality hiring happens through LinkedIn recruiter regardless of the region.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Sometimes while adding people to a project it doesn't allow them to add. But it may be a glitch that could be improved.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quality hiring in every region/country became very easy as per the business requirement. Also, we can reach out to them through InMails the responses are faster.

  ### 17. Recruit the right candidate using automated LinkedinRecruiter platform with ease

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav A. | Technical Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

One of the best things about this platform is that it has the highest number of active candidates available on the tool. We can connect with the candidates using the inmail or can send the connection request with a note. It provides us with multiple features to sort the candidates by searching with various filters. The search options are quite effective and provide various options to get relevant results.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The searching using the boolean algorithm sometimes does not even show the results. There are no resumes attached with the profiles. We have to ask the candidates for their present employment details. Also, we are not able to add some special skills other than the ones present in their dayabse.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The trial version for 30 days of this tool is also effective and the complete recruiter version also works well. The 100 inmails are enough to work on special requirements for active job openings. The inmails reimburse on responses. Overall, a great tool for hiring the best professionals from around the globe. A perfect friend for the recruiters and recruitment industry.

  ### 18. Overall, I really enjoy the LinkedIn Recruiter Platform!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tabitha C. | Senior Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is a great place to stay organized. Tons of filters help me to narrow down the best candidates, which I appreciate! It seems like there are new features added to make my life as a recruiter easier. Big fan of LinkedIn Recruiter and wouldn't want to end up in a role where I didn't have access to it. Well worth the $$.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Some of the integrations could work more smoothly, like our ATS integration (Greenhouse). The job wrapping is a little bit confusing, but we're still learning how it all works.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter helps me find the talent I'm looking for, quickly. I'm able to store information in Projects and export (most) candidates to our ATS which gives me some of my time back!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I can find any candidate for any role and any location. Works very well for tech specific roles and I have had success with it for years. I like creating templates.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Sometimes it feels clunky to use and some templates are hard to find.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me find candidates for roles that I am looking for, and also great to find folks who are actively looking.

  ### 21. LinkedIn Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Utkarsh T. | Associate Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Linked in helps us more to socialize with the corporate sector after we have done our higher studies in our respective fields so that we don't need to roam here and there for giving interviews in various companies and IT sector industries for job..

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The Least helpful thing about LinkedIn is that people consider it like any other social platform and start posting something related to their personal lives and issues they face.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems related to finding new opportunities that a fresher graduate will face after completing their higher studies or graduation. As LinkedIn provides a significant link between the employer and employee.

  ### 22. Linkedin recruiter as an excellent recruiter of people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo Rafael P. | Director of Marketing Planning & Strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It allows us to find suitable candidates from anywhere in the world, plus we can choose from a series of filters, to connect with people with the characteristics we need, such as years of experience, training, etc. It is a very intuitive platform with a large database, besides being reliable, so all candidates selected so far meet the profile and our expectations.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Its cost could be higher than its competitors, but I particularly think it is worth it, since the candidates are reliable and suitable for the jobs we have needed. I would also like the program to inform me when there are available candidates with the profiles we are looking for, so we would save a lot of time in the search.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We find this tool very useful for what we are needing, which is to get skilled employees for some areas of our company. What I like about this platform is that we can find the ideal candidate, in the ideal place, because it allows us to segment and filter the search according to the candidate's location.

  ### 23. Good service. Bad customer service.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn is where the fish are, so that's where it makes sense to fish. LinkedIn is the platform that most professionals use. There's nothing revolutionary about their interface or filters. The value is the access to candidates.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

As the only professional social network in town, LinkedIn knows it has you over a barrel and takes full advantage.

The "business" side of the site is very difficult to navigate and everything seems to be designed to force you into a conversation with your account manager who will try to upsell you on Inmails, posted jobs, or some other add-on service. You can't even access invoices or review billing without talking to a sales rep. It is as though they have deliberately made it difficult to do business with them without sitting through a time-share style sales pitch.

For what you pay, Recruiter Lite (month-to-month) is not particularly useful. This is designed to drive you to their more expensive products and solutions that contain the filters you actually need but at six times the prices. And the more expensive solutions are only available on yearlong contracts that auto-renew without giving you any warning so watch your contract dates VERY CAREFULLY.

If you are a small agency, a solo recruiter, or someone for whom cash management is important, you should give a lot of thought to whether or not cheaper tools might be a better solution. LinkedIn Recruiter is my business' single largest expense.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkedIn Recruiter:**

Be VERY CAREFUL before committing to a LinkedIn Recruiter contract. It is VERY expensive and LinkedIn is very inflexible about the terms of their contracts, autorenewals, etc. Test and exhaust as many other options as possible before getting a LinkedIn Recruiter account.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn is where the candidates are and LinkedIn Recruiter is the only way to reach them.

  ### 24. LinkedIn Recruiter

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I like the ability to review profiles and target searches to the smallest detail.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I wish there was a way to tell candidates to accept and then turn me down rather than hit the decline button.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel we are hitting a better talent pool than with other methods.

  ### 25. Use to find candidates

LinkedIn is a professional social platform that allows you to connect with a wide range of individuals. With recruiter, you can target specific audiences that is done fully automated.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The price is pretty steep at $170 per month. For many small business owners, this may not be ideal. But if you're a large organization, this can help you a lot in your recruiting efforts.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates an already good platform and added a addition that allows you to recruit from the general linked pool. It's like a job fair, but now online that's easy to use and access.

  ### 31. Awesome Product for Recruiters

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rubitha V. | US IT Recruiter, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The most helpful thing about the LinkedIn Recruiter platform is that it helps to find passive candidates and it helps to find genuine profiles for most of the positions.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I like all the features mostly, there is nothing to dislike in LinkedIn Recruiter platform. But this could be better by giving free access for recruiter for intially.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I search for candidates for particular role, I can create job posting here and can make group for passive candidates. Then we can follow up that candidates, will onboard when there are willing to join new project.

  ### 32. Availability of awesome candidates for recruitment from a great bunch of talent

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush B. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The best recruitment platform for hiring a great bunch of talent at your fingertips with great tracking and ATS features. This platform has the largest number of active professionals for almost every kind of job profile. The filters are great and we can use them on different aspects such as experience, location, salary, education, etc. One of the great features is the "Open to Work" option where the resume of the candidate is made public to the recruiters.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The number of inmails is very less and needs to be increased almost in every plan. Also, they need to improve their algorithm and search options to make enable the boolean string search. Apart from that, subscription plans need to be a little more flexible for small enterprises.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Linkedin Recruiter for the internal hirings and it helps me in figuring out the job profiles in the technical and non-technical domains. I can close around 5-10 profiles every month using this platform which is fanatstic. The tools, UI and dashboard are easy to operate and mind-blowing.

**Reviewed by:** Ashley G. | Recruiting Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Advanced search is wonderful- you are really able to see the right candidates for the job that is being supported

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Moving them in the projects is confusing

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding qualified candidates for the positions that I am supporting. I am able to fill the positions.

  ### 34. Hiring made easy with Linkedin Recruiter with enough efficient and powerful recruiting automation

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh R. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

This platform helps especially in the searching of candidates for most rare profiles that are not available on other platforms. It provides us with the complete details of the candidates in the profiles so there is almost no need for resumes. The searching features and database are much more powerful and connecting.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The pricing is somewhere a little high as compared with the features and number of inmails they provide. Also, the customer support team needs to be quicker to provide the right resolution in a short time.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to automate the recruitment and arrange the interview processes for the shortlisted candidates in a more organized way. Also, I can find here a good talent for the right positions. Overall, a good tool with efficient and powerful dashboard and UI.

  ### 35. Source and recruit the right talent with the LinkedIn Recruiter active database tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohini T. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It has the most active profiles and updated resumes available. Also, here we can communicate with the candidates using the chat or video conferencing options. Apart from that, we can also send messages to the candidates using inmails to those who are not the connection. The profiles have almost every piece of information about the candidate's professional career. The UI and dashboard are easy and fantastic.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The number of inmails is not enough as we need to communicate with the candidates mostly hoe who is not our connection. Here, the subscription plans are too costly for small enterprises and we are not able to use the boolean strings to source the candidates from the database.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping to close the positions for my organization's internal and external hirings for different projects and departments. It is helpful for closing the technical and non-technical profiles of candidate jobs. I am able to close almost 75% of job openings within the month using this platform which is a good response and performance using this platform. The user experience using this platform is outstanding.

  ### 36. Necessary evil

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn M. | Partner/recruiter

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I like to access to inmails and being able to unlock candidate profiles.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn has continually gone up on pricing while its technology lags behind most other companies. There are constant glitches. Profiles appear mutiple times within a search and you get duplicate results that make it painful to use. The fliters don't work very well either and keyword searches don't yield proper results. I'm dying for a viable alternative to this site!

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping fill open job reqs but at a high cost with minimal customer support and a lackluster account management team that could care less about the customer.

  ### 37. A social professionals platform for easy and quick hirings and helping hand for recruiters

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Qurat U. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is one of the most used and popular platforms for recruitment. Here, we can get connected with professionals from around the world with every type of skillsets. Also, the filters and keyword search options allow getting the relevant results. Here, we can view the profile of candidates and connect with them using notes or inmails. We can also assign the assessments for the candidates as eligibility criteria.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The thing I am missing here is the lack of a boolean search algorithm that can help in achieving more relevant results. Also, the subscription plan has a very limited quantity of inmails which is not sufficient to connect with a large pool of candidates.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my organization, we are using multiple platforms for recruitment. As a technical recruiter, I need LinkedIn Recruiter for hiring purposes and it provides me a good talent according to the needs of the job description. Also, it allows me to close the job positions as most of the candidates are active on this platform.

  ### 38. Very expensive, horrible user experience

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Database is brilliant, everyone is present in LinkedIn. There is no way out really.
Push norifications are very handy to know when a prospect is looking for jobs.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

VERY expensive. Navigation is not intuitive at all when it comes to finding projects and reporting. Projects and reports load very slowly. Data is not easily accessible. Filters reset every time you move to the next page. Very unfriendly experience.

Customer support is very weak. Archaic interface, often times you are better off finding help articles by yourself.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me find people with the skills we need to fill our roles. Search and reminder functionalities are very solid. User experience as candidate is also very good.

  ### 39. LinkedIn Recruiter is making the recruitment more easier and smoother than ever...!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suchismita A. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Here, the multiple functionalities of this tool allow me to connect with the candidates directly using the connection request or by inmail. I can also post jobs and feature them on the LinkedIn Job Board to make it more highlighted and get a lot of candidates. We can also add the candidate to the projects according to the requirement of multiple JDs at once. Also, we can set up the assessment test for more refining of quality candidates.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

We are not able to search the candidate here using the boolean strings. So, the chances of irrelevant results are high. Also, the mobile and web applications have lots of differences which makes the work a slighter difficult to operate other than its web version.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, LinkedIn is the only platform having the most updated and active profiles for every job profile. Here, we can check the last update time of the candidate and can connect with them directly. It is a kind of social media and much easier to operate as compared to other job boards. LinkedIn Recruiter is user-friendly and going in right direction.

  ### 40. Excellent Platform To Source Highly Professional Candidates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohit S. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The best thing is that We can connect to the global talent marketplace. We can message candidates and also allow to create message templates to reach the maximum amount of candidates. It offers the greatest pool of talented candidates.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The search function lacks the comprehensive nature of X-ray search. The Candidate information is not visible, We can check the profile and can make Inmail to him. It is expensive, and not suitable for a freelancer or small company.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to source candidates for job openings. It offers excellent filters to narrow down the search based on experience, job title, education, skills, location, etc. I used to Inmail candidates for job openings and I get high response rate than cold calling. It plays a vital role in sourcing candidates.

  ### 41. A sea of talent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Asmer K. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Linkedin provides me an opportunity to do extensive research and reach out and select candidates that are best suited to the skills and experience required for the particular job

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

If LinkedIn provided a service where they can verify user-profiles and the data they have shared on their profiles it would make the recruitment process much faster. Also, there is no free trial to experience it on first and lack of training adds to the problem

**Recommendations to others considering LinkedIn Recruiter:**

If you starting with your business, Linkedin Recruiter is a great place to find candidates that meet your specific requirements.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can get instant access to several potential profiles as per my desired criteria especially when we need to make hiring on an urgent basis, also you able to get much wider reach which is not possible with traditional methods of recruitment

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The sheer amount of candidates to choose from. Its the place to go for top-tier people. The search function as well as the projects and ability to share them are awesome too.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I wish that there was an option to choose either years of experience or Junior/Senior level. Right now, I just use the graduation years function but that's not very reliable.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm not sure what problems theyre solving so not sure!

LinkedIn recruiters solving the problem that every normal job seeker used to get that they don't able to talk with HR but here they can talk with them and get in touch directly or they can also see the post

  ### 45. Most useful tool when it comes to direct search and employer branding.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The vast amount of candidates. No other network I used has as many profiles. The filter function is vast but not always precise. Found some useful integration for API or browser. (Greenhouse, calendly, gramarly)

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I am still waiting for a filter to see what the salary expectations of profiles are. This was planned more than 3 years ago. It would be super helpful when searching for candidates.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a very tough market in Germany to find qualified workforce, you have to do direct search and employer branding. Without Linkedin it would be more time cumbersome and expensive to reach this many candidates.

  ### 46. LinkedIn Recruiter: Helping Recruiters Globally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

As an agency recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter is the number one source we use for sourcing candidates, managing projects, and for organizational aspects when it comes to managing multiple client searches and roles. LinkedIn Recruiter is a full suite that provides availability to search and find candidate, communicate with candidates, and to organize/manage all work in different projects. I lean on LinkedIn Recruiter daily for my day-to-day work activities, I'd say I spend at least 6 hours a day on LinkedIn Recruiter. LinkedIn Recruiter is also a great aid in being specific with your searches, a nice aspect is that you can do an "Ideal Candidate Search" which allows you to search by specific profiles and pulls people with similar backgrounds and skillsets.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

My biggest qualm with LinkedIn Recruiter is that it often fails or stops when you're in the middle of a search, forcing you to refresh your page multiple times a day and sometimes resulting in a loss of progress from your latest search. My other problem with LinkedIn Recruiter is that it doesn't allow you to be logged into more than one device at a time, often it's nice to be logged in on both my laptop and mobile phone so I can reach people and respond on the go when I'm not near a computer. The issue is, if LinkedIn see's you're logged into both they will lock you out for 24hours which directly inhibits my ability to work during that day. When asking for help from LinkedIn's support team, no one seemed to be able to help in that 24 hours not even our account manager.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkedIn Recruiter:**

Lately many candidates, users, and my own team members have been kicked out of LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn for being logged in on two devices. Many of us use LinkedIN Recruiter on the go, on our mobile phones. I recommend and ask you enable it so we can have multiple devices logged in for different uses.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is our main platform for sourcing candidates, it aids in our search efforts, communication initiative, and first point of contact many times. LinkedIn Recruiter makes it easy to search for candidates with specific qualifying attributes/skills/companies all while also enabling you to keep an organized line of projects. LinkedIn Recruiter also allows you to share certain work with other people within your organization making it helpful to work together or for learning efforts.

  ### 47. LI Recruiter

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savannah P. | Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

I enjoy using LI Recruiter. It is easy to change parameters, find the right candidates and communicate effectively

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The site can be glitchy at times. Occasionally it moves very slow or even times out.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to quickly and easily find qualified candidates.

  ### 48. Best process and recruitment tool for recruiters for easy and genuine hirings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush B. | Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

It has the most updated and huge candidate database. The deep searching algorithm is much capable of finding the relevant results using the search keywords and boolean strings. The process and data management are good and fast. Also, it has the feature of inMail to connect with the candidates who are not our connections. Apart from that, it integrates easily with other third-party applications such as workspaces, ATS, CRM, etc. The scheduler is working fantastic and is one of the most interesting features available on this platform. The profiles of candidates are much more informative and updated which gives more information than the resume.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The mobile and web versions are quite different. The mobile application has some features missing as compared to the web version. The support team also needs to improve and quick resolution provider. At last, there must be some trial version for new users to use and compare the platform with other alternatives.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an HR Manager, it is my core responsibility to take care of all the human resource needs and recruitment going on in our organization. To fulfill this cause, I am using multiple recruitment platforms. But, LinkedIn Recruiter is much different from others and provides the best candidates for the vacant profiles. This is one of the best tools worth money. My experience using this tool is fantastic.

  ### 49. The Most Perfect Tool For Recruiting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Buddika S. | Assistant Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

This is the most valuable and best tool i have ever used for recruitments in my company. This is the most easiest platform to perform head hunting for professionals in the industry. Really like it

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

The only weak point i have ever seen in linkedin recruiter is their filter options are not enough while we search for some professionals for our company from same industry. This is a place they should work on more and other than this this platform is perfect.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really recommend linkedin recruiter for any kind of organisations to speed their recruitment process with highly suitable professionals in any kind of industries. Also it provides you to access to so many features that make your hunting process easy.really love it

  ### 50. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie L. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2022

**What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

LinkedIn Recruiter is one of the only viable options out there if you want to do extensive searches for candidates with unique skill sets. I like that you can do deep Boolean searches, and find the types of candidates you need with keywords.

**What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?**

Pulling usage data isn't super straightforward. I often feel unsure that the sourcing numbers I am pulling are actually accurate, because there is no easy way to filter what you are looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering LinkedIn Recruiter:**

There really isn't a comparable service out there, and this tool works well. As long as you put in the time to figure out what candidate profile you are targeting, this tool will pay dividends.

**What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using LinkedIn Recruiter for large sourcing pushes, bringing more qualified candidates into the recruiting funnel. We have hired dozens of candidates through LinkedIn prospecting.
