What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?

the best feature of linkedin recruiter is that we can send emails to the people we want directly.

and we also have unlimited views to view the profiles. while i was using linkedin recruiter i noticed that i use to get responce from the candidates very quickly most of the time, if we talk about the number i would say if i was sending 10 (Ten) connection requests then i was getting response from atleast 8 (Eight) candidates within 24 hours, and after getting the linkedin premium / linkedin recruiter i can se lots of useful and accurate searches. if someone has any doubt in it then you can use the trial verson of linkedin premium for one month and after using for one month your all doubts will be clear. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?

in terms of pricing linkedin premium / linkedin recruiter is bit expensive.

sometime we find the profile dosent has a contact info.

it would be great if thers a feature that we can see the status of last profile update date.

we have to keep lots of patience to get responce because we are depended only on emails, but linkedin recruiter is truly reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Surely you must use linkedin recruiter, it is easy quick and effective which allows us to connect with the others in a very professional way without any inconvenience. i would suggest you to try the trial demo version first, and quite shure you will be impressed and soon get addicted to it. i have been a using using linkedin from a year but as normal linkedin user but the moment i used the linkedin recruiter i am a fan of it, being an normal user you cant explore the full features of linkedin, linkedin recruiter takes it to a new level of recruitment. as a recruiter linkedin recruiter is the second tool, which is the backup while we work on any tough requirement and we wont find any suitable candidate in the job boards for the position then we move towards the linkedin recruiter, i can trust on it that i can surely get a response from the candidates. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?

Candidate recommendations are a mess. Despite us specifically stating that we did not want candidates from overseas because of logistic issues we would still receive alerts of new candidate applications. Minimal requirements questions should automatically lock out a candidate from sending an application and even Linked In advising us. This is a big time waster as you still have to go through each application to see if he even qualifies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The more specific you are in what you are looking for, the better the result. Don`t just put keywords thinking it will give you more quality candidates...it will not. It`s better to be specific and have less but more quality candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?

The best feature of using LinkedIn Recruiter is you get a variety of candidates all over the World, having different skills. You are able to sort candidates as per your need and then reach out to them as per your requirement. The response over this software is amazing, we get best profiles in quick turn around time. For me it so far the best tool compare to any other job portals that are available. The job posting feature is also amazing, you are able to post multiple jobs as per your need. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?

It is expensive, there should be cheaper plans been made with more number of LinkedIn mails. There are few other drawbacks such as it is little time consuming. The sort feature should be improved a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would highly recommend linkedin recruiter if you are recruiting for niche skill positions. It is large database of candidates with most of professionals using it. Most of the skilled professionals you will find easily on LinkedIn Recruiter. If you have any hesitation how it would be, you can purchase for a limited period of time and you can use it. Most of the niche skills positions are covered with ease using LinkedIn Recruiter. We can even easily find the latest profiles of candidates available on LinkedIn. LinkedIn Recruiter help them to reach out to several professionals in bulk or individually. We can even create and store templates which is nice feature that most of other job boards does not have. What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruiter?

There were many things like, we can easily look towards our possible prospects. Demographic segregation is one of main and effective filter, I must say in Recruiter. Plus the amount if data you get about professional people around the globe is another plus point of it. It was very easy to look in for different companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruiter?

It's bit expensive for many people. Only huge companies can afford it. For a country like Pakistan, LinkedIn must come up with some more strategies to improve its usage, as there so much grey market available in here. There are so many professional people who are not on linked In or those who barely use it. So while searching in my own country demographics, it was quite difficult for me to get a valuable accounts as there were limited people in search list.

Another thing which I dislike was that there were so many companies profiles on it. For example if the company is working in more than one industry it was hectic for look for profiles of that company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LinkedIn Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for the possible prospects plus about the missing data of our clients which were on recruiter. For example that if there's a profile on our data system and their data missing on it, for instance, prospects email is not filled on our system or their past work history wasn't present, so used to complete that information on our system which was very important data.
