and we also have unlimited views to view the profiles. while i was using linkedin recruiter i noticed that i use to get responce from the candidates very quickly most of the time, if we talk about the number i would say if i was sending 10 (Ten) connection requests then i was getting response from atleast 8 (Eight) candidates within 24 hours, and after getting the linkedin premium / linkedin recruiter i can se lots of useful and accurate searches. if someone has any doubt in it then you can use the trial verson of linkedin premium for one month and after using for one month your all doubts will be clear. Despite us specifically stating that we did not want candidates from overseas because of logistic issues we would still receive alerts of new candidate applications.
