In a hurry, we most often never get a sentence or grammar right in mails. If something is sitting in draft and revisit it after a while, there is still a chance that you ignore what is already written and that might have some grammar issue... Linguix always takes care of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing actually. It is the best writing companion an entrepreneur can have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that someone is attacking Grammarly and it's completely unrealistic pricing model is wonderful. I like the Linguix UI and the feature set.One particular feature that Grammarly doesn't offer is the Secret Mode, which I often use when working with confidential client documents. I also like the synonym box which suggests potential synonyms of words simply by double-clicking on them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, the core grammar-check functionality is still lacking in comparison to Grammarly and other tools. Linguix will often mark parts of sentences as incorrect that are 100% correct or doesn't mark things like missing commas. I view it was a work in progress and hope to see it get better as time progresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Love the browser extension which lets Linguix work on basically any platform accessible via browser. Time saving and innovating. Its very simple to use and gives suggestions along with access to an online dictionary. It also gives prompts for correction at the end of every character field. That it can't work with standalone text editors and email clients. This is a major drawback, which I hope will be addressed by Linguix soon enough. Their product roadmap seems promising though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Linguix works as a plugin directly in my browser (Opera mostly), I don't have to open Linguix up, it's just their in the background checking and suggesting changes to my text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no native macOS for operations outside the browser (Such as MS word) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Linguix is very easy to use and I really like the UI. The Google Chrome extension works really well. This application really helped us to improve our confidence while typing complex emails. I subscribed to the business plan and now my team is happy with the possibility to correct their text on the go. it increased the efficiency of your team’s writing. It also helps us with the use of synonyms. Now we keep our text from becoming boring and helps us to engage with the reader. Not even counting that it makes the right impression everywhere we write, from emails to ads and bog posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If we compare with "the other" writing assistant software, we see fewer corrections, but it is the does make Linguix a bad software. I see improvements every day. Unfortunately, Linguix do not offer plagiarism check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would have to say that it is a toss up between the handy dictionary so that words that trigger most other tools won't end up being auto uncorrected.
Then there is the snippets feature that allows you to build a library of things you often type that you can just call upon to save tons of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am unable to use outside of Google Chrome. I wish I could use it within Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Mindjet Mind Manager, My Notes Keeper.
I think you get the point it is awesome at what it does but it only works in Chrome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like getting help spelling when I'm writing in English, and that makes writing in English a lot easier for me. I especially like that it is a Chrome extension, so I already have it on, and that was it works almost wherever your writing something on the internet, both in what every client you're writing or if you're just filling out a contact form on some random website in your browser, I'm even using it right now in this text field. I haven't used all features yet mainly just the spell check, sometimes it does not catch an error and I don't think it uses AI to check sentences for the context but I'm not sure. So I'm hoking they will evolve this core function and make it even better.
I see a lot of other interesting features, like pasting in text when pressing keyboard shortcuts. So I'm looking forward to trying out more of the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My favorite part is how easy to use Linguix is. I installed the browser extension, and now it checks all my text—even this review!
(Told me to use an m dash instead of whatever I typed!)
You can use the plugin or use the website-based app. I think both are helpful. All the functions are available on the web app, but the meat and potatoes of what I use Linguix for - checking my writing - are done mostly using the browser extension, which loads pretty reliably into most text fields on most websites. I don't think I've run into a situation where I've wanted it to be available and it had not loaded in my text field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have both Linguix Premium and Grammerly Free installed right now. Grammarly picks up a few things that Linguix doesn't, but it goes the other way, too. Can't have it all, I guess. I'm also looking forward to the future as Linguix grows - hopefully it adds some features like WordTune.
Out of my choices, I think Linguix has a lot of momentum behind it. They might not be the biggest name, but I've seen a lot of good work done by them to make the product better, and I trust the quality will continue to improve and the features will continue to grow. I have reached an age (mid-thirties) when there is little to no chance of improving and learning new grammar skills. But I do have the necessity of typing articles and letters via mail, and also interacting frequently through social media. However, time is a luxury, and my hectic schedule leaves little room for revising all the lengthy contents that I write daily. But when I purchased Linguix premium subscription and installed the chrome extension, I wasn't expecting to find numerous grammatical mistakes in the articles that I write. Linguix was a pleasant wake-up call for me, highlighting all my spelling and minor grammatical mistakes, that was not only a huge time-saver but also improved my professional writing standard. Now I can write long articles, emails and even this review with confidence since I have Linguix to check out all my mistakes and alert me, as well as suggest me probable solutions. Although Linguix is an invaluable tool when it comes to assisting in my English writing, there are times when it might not detect some minute errors, as compared to Grammarly. I wish it could have gone beyond the necessary spelling correction capabilities, and also suggest me expert advice for the writing style and prose intents. However, at the current pricing, it's way more reasonable, with handy features bundled in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its quite a nice app for writing purpose, Its quite handy and useful because of the templates included in it for writing business messages. That's the best feature and that's what I like in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dictionary needs some improvements. Sometimes it makes wrong suggestions related to place name, but we can always customize our dictionary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
