What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I like how easily it is for parents to use the feed.

The payouts are quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I wish there was a way to see the entire ledger as one document and download it for parents. Also, payments...it would be nice for a check to be applied to a family vs. one child. Our parents do not like that they pay a transaction fee per child vs. family when ran at the same time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

The CRM part is the best area of Lineleader. It is easy and will help your buiness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

The management side has some kinks that need to be worked out. The reports aren't the friendliest to use for government agencies (CCFP/VPK). Billing is not friendly and cannot get clear guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

The user friendly platform allows me to work smarter and not harder. I love the fact that I can access everything I need with one click. I wish I would have know about this sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is much I dislike about LineLeader. The only thing I would change is to have access to both Manage and Enroll so I don't have to toggle back and forth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

I like how easily accessible it is to have new families inquire about your program and have all their information along with their child's information right in front of you when contacting the new inquires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LineLeader by ChildcareCRM?

When creating a filter under the families tab it is not easily accessible to click on one of your families that you created a filter to search for. For example if you are looking for toddler aged family inquires of people that are on your waitlist and you click on that family and want to go back to your searched list, it will not allow you to go back to the list and you have to reset the filters and create a new search.
