The customer support has been good, answering queries I've raised. The user interface is very slick and engaging and, if I can get all of the Jira data to pull through in just the right way, I'm sure it can be a useful daily tool. There are several metrics highly related to the metrics LinearB contains, but we need to source from other tools or that we can't configure in a good way. For example, things like CFR aren't quite working the way we want it (they're currently looking into this for us), and the way our SRE solution works means we can't track incidents in the way we wanted. In addition, there are other external metrics that we have to keep track of manually. LinearB tracks GitHub commits and Pull requests and divides the cycle time into 4 of its main constituents. This helps easily identify where we lack in as a team and which is our biggest pain point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LinearB looks pretty new and is currently only integrated with JIRA. It would have been helpful it could have also integrated it with Linear, because having Issue tickets along with PR helps identify the time spent on an issue and not just on GitHub. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
