What do you like best about LimeChat?

The Customer support operations have changed now. These days the customers aren't interested in calling and asking for a solution for their query; they are happier with resolutions over chat and at this time LimeChat is playing a very significant role in streamlining the CRM. What do you dislike about LimeChat?

It Integrates with Every major channel easily, was able to Integrate it with Whatsapp API Gupshup, Facebook, Instagram. Let's you manage all your customer queries from a single login.

Saves a lot of time.

What do you dislike about LimeChat?
