- Bot Flow - Handles 80% of queries itself, reducing engagement time and improve customer experience.

- Tools like Canned Reponses which allows saving most commonly asked Q/As or product queries

-Message templates for quickly sending messages to all contacts

-Analytics dashboard that allows you to see all the details of your campaigns, tickets, agents ineraction time to resolve tickets, categorizing ticket types/query types all in one place

- 2-way Retention Campaigns on WhatsApp, that can 3x the conversion of abandoned checkouts, reorder, upsell, customer win-back campaign etc

- Pre-Purchase, Post-Purchase workflows

- Click to Whatsapp ad flow support

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.

The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify

Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.

Our customers love the interactive platform that LimeChat provides. They can easily search for products and then interact with our super interactive chatbot to streamline their queries. We also could understand highly sought after products or max number of queries for whioch product etc. Understand user behaviour etc

Our brand is very responsive and we want to make sure our customer interactions about the brand and products are answered within a specific time. Limechat makes this seamless!

Manage tickets across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Email - this feature is by far our most favorite than the bot itself! None of the queries go missed. Being a responsible D-C brand, we feel our customer interactions about the brand and products must be rightly answered within a specific time. With limechat, this is seamless.

The broadcast campaigns with promotional offers and products/ new lanches or sales - This is super easy and convenient with Lime Chat Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

LimeChat has an active user community, and resources are available for help and assistance, including documentation, forums, and online discussions. It is easy to use and it has various options to interact, It is the Fastest way to approach a customer and it can be integrated into various tools as well. What do you like best about LimeChat?

As it is new, there are a lot of missing features in the tool compared to others. the major missing features are:

1. Analytics tracking of conversions of campaigns apart from the abandoned carts.

What do you like best about LimeChat?

1. Bot flow- Robust system design by team which handles almost 80% queries itself, reducing TAT, engagement time and improving customer experience.

2. Product finder- Effective way to recommend product solutions to new leads based on their interest. Combined with experienced telesales staff, we are able to generate a decent revenue line for our business

3. CRM- Agent to customer dashboard is very convenient to use

Integrations- The tool doesnt have native integrations with third party flow automators such as zapier, salesforce, integromat, and so on

Limechat has automate delivery and tracking notifications to customers. Also it has helped create a self serve platform for customers to discover products or book consultations with a doctor. A proactive POC, Kshitij Seth has helped us with appropriate solutions and timely implementation of tasks. He also puts effort into making sure our issues are resolved satisfactorily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LimeChat?

For WhatsApp broadcasting, we have been facing issues. I would highly recommend moving away from CSV uploading of users to a better, more straightforward method to add user data. There are high failure rates while sending WhatsApp messages. Also, we can have a better communication platform with the POC, such as Google chat or a Whatsapp group, for a quicker turnaround.
