While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.
The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify
Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.

It is easy to use and it has various options to interact, It is the Fastest way to approach a customer and it can be integrated into various tools as well. For WhatsApp broadcasting, we have been facing issues. I would highly recommend moving away from CSV uploading of users to a better, more straightforward method to add user data. There are high failure rates while sending WhatsApp messages. Also, we can have a better communication platform with the POC, such as Google chat or a Whatsapp group, for a quicker turnaround.
