While Limechat is excellent for Shopify users, I feel Woocomemrce have limited functionalities. Conversion rates are not captured. You can only see the number of users who wetn till shop now button, Whether its success sale or abandon cart - its not captured like shopify.
The direct-to click associated orders from customer chat window feature - This is only for shopify
Integration with woocommerce and plugins could be improved. the features offered for shopify users 'd be there for woocommerce as well.

LimeChat has an active user community, and resources are available for help and assistance, including documentation, forums, and online discussions. It is easy to use and it has various options to interact, It is the Fastest way to approach a customer and it can be integrated into various tools as well. As it is new, there are a lot of missing features in the tool compared to others. the major missing features are:
1. Analytics tracking of conversions of campaigns apart from the abandoned carts.

1. Bot flow- Robust system design by team which handles almost 80% queries itself, reducing TAT, engagement time and improving customer experience.
2. Product finder- Effective way to recommend product solutions to new leads based on their interest. Combined with experienced telesales staff, we are able to generate a decent revenue line for our business
3. CRM- Agent to customer dashboard is very convenient to use

Integrations- The tool doesnt have native integrations with third party flow automators such as zapier, salesforce, integromat, and so on

For WhatsApp broadcasting, we have been facing issues. I would highly recommend moving away from CSV uploading of users to a better, more straightforward method to add user data. There are high failure rates while sending WhatsApp messages. Also, we can have a better communication platform with the POC, such as Google chat or a Whatsapp group, for a quicker turnaround.
