The only downside I have experienced is that some of the third-party add-ons dont quite reach the same quality as Lime CRM. Additionally, the system have had a couple of incidents/downtime. Our company uses it mostly to keep track of our customers and businesses with them. We also use it for our suppliers, contracts and as an internal tool to keep track ofwork tasks and claims from customers and a lot more. We also apply a lot of features that we want, like turnovers for each customer so we can see quick and easily each customer´s total, or even how it goes for each sales person. Some features could be nice if applied to our type of business but don´t work as intended with our business model.
