Getting Lime to meet our security requirements is challenging. It takes time to get "ordinary" functions that have to do with the security of Lime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lime CRM is well suited for our company. We have invested quite a lot in developing it so that it would better support our company's processes. With Lime, development projects have gone smoothly and we have always reached the finish line ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, the cost structure may be a bit heavy for a company of our size, but even these have always been agreed upon when they have been negotiated. As an it administrator, i have mostly worked in the admin side of Lime, which is a clear and easy to use web based interface. both adding new access groups and managing the existing parts of it is highly intuitive.

The best thing about LimeCRM is its adaptability to our business needs. It simplifies my workday by keeping all our customers, deals, and campaigns in one place and enabling me to use all my customer data.
