I like the dashboards and being about to easily import much of my data.  Moving between areas is very easy. Reports are very functional.

Limble is extremely user friendly and intuitive, making it easy to use.  Creating work orders , assigning tasks , and tracking asset history is straightforward and the mobile app is especially helpful for technicians on the floor.

The limitations on the operator license.

We previously did not track PMs or assets. Limble has provided an efficient way to do so.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Starting from the beginning, I spoke with Adrina Barela. She was very happy to help and explained absolutely everything to me. She radiates the attitude of a winner and wants companies to win with Limble.  She had multiple demo's with us along the time and has been very keen on ensuring that we get the most out of our partnership. We purchased Limble and from that moment i have been building our assets and inventory, I have not used a CMMS as simple as Limble. Its actually great, not in a review manner but in a real world manner. From having no scheduling to being able to schedule, plan, asses our inventory and directly assign tech's to jobs it has streamlined our maintenance task. There isn't much I can honestly say that's bad about Limble.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The least helpful things about Limble is hard to describe, not because a lack of words but because there isn't much. The only gripe I would have is that for premium plus owners it shows things that show the money symbol and the moment you click on it it says "This feature is only available for our enterprise users" or something along those lines. I would prefer if we just didn't have the option to click on those things at all.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Microsoft Excel for most things in our maintenance department. We now use Limble for our work orders, scheduling, planning, inventory management and pretty much everything to include some budgeting. Its helped us out because now we don't have to waste our time with Excel and can streamline our process.

The app is a bit limited and can be a little overwhelming to look at if you are a manager. We use it to enter, close and search for Work orders and it works well for this use.

Organizing and prioritizing repairs, adding parts to machines, allowing non users to submit work requests and more. All of this is making the management of our maintenance department easier and more efficient.

Very easy to setup as an admin.  Importing is easy if you have data to import, and adding items is democratized so that technicians can add to the system over time.  Support is top-tier.  We use it for 100% of our work orders.  Extremely easy to setup and integrate while in production.

Some users don't think the interface looks "expensive."  Not me, I think it's great.

Limble's custom features make it an incredible tool for my small team. Also, their customer service team has been phenomenal, guiding me through the setup procedures and helping me customize and integrate the software into my daily routine. I use it every day, and it's super easy to get used to.

The only big thing I don't like is the customization of the QR codes.

Our old maintenance software had too much "fluff".  Information that was not needed - had to be entered to create a work order.  Limble is straight and to the point.  My maintenance team love the ease at reading work orders I've printed for the days schedule.
The Limble team is always at the ready to help and answer any questions.

There isn't anything about this software for maintenance I don't like.

Work orders are clear and to the point.  Maintenance team does not have to look over a bunch of information they don't necessarily need to complete the work order.

The flexibility, no doubt. You can make this software work for any situation, the only limit is your imagination… seriously lol. So easy to use that I was able to get folks of all ages and back spun up on it. Once you figure it out it’s so easy to set up! Also… live customer support all day? Get out of here… We use this every day and love it! Get it, use it and get ready to fall in love.

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is very flexible and customizable software that we can tailor to our specific site needs.  What I love most about Limble is the coaching received from Customer Success Manager Ciro Cuellar.  His approaching is very methodical and laid back training my team through the software and configuration stage.  His knowledge is impeccable and knows the ins and outs of the system.  He even introduced us to features we've never even thought of using!

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I have not experienced anything I did not like with Limble at this time.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The opportunity that we had was lack of centralized solution to track equipment repair costs and downtime in one place.  Limble brought this all together in one plaform for the entire team to see.  We are now able to track and trend and make better informed decisions proactively.  Another problem Limble solved is documenting users needs versus a tap on the shoulder.  We are able to see the volume of needs coming through, how long things take to resolve.  This allows us to better plan and utlize our maintenance resources much more effectively.

Limble CMMS app has been a great tool for tracking parts, keeping up with daily tasks, work requests and managing PMs. These are just to name a few. The app has many more features, and it allows you to categorize each asset in different hierarchies to keep everything neatly organized. It's super easy to use and helps us stay on top of maintenance tasks. Overall, Limble made our workflow much smoother and more efficient.

Only downside is not knowing about Limble app sooner.

The people that you work with at Limble are very personable and find ways to meet your needs then help you understand how to accomplish your goals. The Implementation process was easy as you have an account rep the entire time to walk you through the process. Know your goals going in to allow the account rep to meet your expectations. If you can think of what it can do for you it probably does.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Limble does require some background work as you need to know what you want out of the software beforehand. The reps can't help you with your goals if you don't know your goals. I do believe that sometimes the best way to get the most out of a software is working with others that have used it. I think it would be great to have an annual conference to allow other operations to get together and discuss how they utilize Limble. Over the phone isn't as engaging as in person. Hearing firsthand others testimonies builds a stronger community.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Limble our software program never told our customers where the process of their request was. Now they can login and see the status of their request. That reduced management emails and phone calls asking about a service request, which gave management more time to plan and execute daily and monthly tasks. It helped us organize our PM process, assets and asset replacement, track our daily operations and if we were working efficiently or not. We didn't have an inventory system other than excel that allowed us to track usage. The system gave us back control of the operation at the same time increasing our customer service experience.

Limble has an unbelievable team to guide you along the way of data input and maintenance programs. Their online video training and tech support team have made going online with our Maintenance Programs seemless!

The long process of data input, although the team is very informative and helpful.

Tracking and reporting maintenance downtime vs uptime, and the reporting aspect of Limble is awesome!

I'd say the best thing about Limble is its intuitive nature.  It's very efficient and easy to navigate and provides the right information to the user without being clunky.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Honestly, not much to dislike about the software.  The only gripe is related to the increased importance of our technicians remembering to log parts and time, so we can have accurate data.

We had a home-grown CMMS solution that was becoming a pain point for our IT department, along with a system that had limited functionality.  Limble is able to get us useful data and reporting so we can better analyze equipment information.

I received multiple weeks of touchpoints and milestone goals with my Limble account rep - challenging me to stay on task with entering assets and utilizing the system.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

A dislike about the system is data entry time. This is not a system dislike or complaint, just a statement about the overall initial time required to correctly establish the dashboard and create assets.

The CMMS barcode system enables easy access for our team to submit work requests and report problems.   Prior to Limble, we did not do a good job with reporting problems or scheduling preventative maintenance.

We have been needing a PM program for years and for years have been abusing our equipment and fixing only when it breaks down.  Now we have a set schedule of keeping up with daily wear and tear.

The reports and how they output to excel.

Making sure operators and facility manager are doing the assigned PM’s weekly, daily, Monthly, annually.  We have tried to put policy’s in place but nothing ever stuck.  Now I can see when PM’s are due.

Ease of use for sure - we've been very pleased with the "set it and forget it" aspect of the PM templates. The visibility it has given us has helped us recognize so many issues that went unnoticed in our previous CMMS - and is helping to get those issues resolved!

I would love to see more options for widget creation. Once you choose what you'd like to report on, the options change. Whether you're graphing, reporting on time spent, etc. it is usually a struggle to get the options just right to see what you are wanting to see.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our backlog went unnoticed in our previous CMMS - Limble's visual cues and ease of scheduling and manipulation have really brought to light where our scheduling issues are, allowing us to see exactly what the big picture scope is, and allowing us to fix it easily.

What I like most about Limble CMMS is its user-friendly interface. We're building our Preventative Maintenance program from scratch and moving our maintenance team from pen and paper to Limble. The intuitive layout has made this transition easier, and it helps streamline creating a running inventory and organizing assets efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

At this point, I honestly don't have any negative feedback about Limble CMMS. We're transitioning from ManagerPlus, and the difference is night and day—Limble has been a much smoother and more efficient system for our needs.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble is helping us solve several problems. Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) program never got off the ground due to issues with ManagerPlus, but Limble has made it possible to finally get that in place. It's also addressing our inventory issues and providing the accurate reporting that we were lacking before. These improvements have made our operations more efficient and streamlined.

This program is easy to setup and easy to teach staff how to use it. We have almost 60 locations that use this to notify the maintenance team of issues in the store. This also help the maintenance guys keep track of what needs to be done first and makes them more productive overall.

The only thing so far is there isn't a way to "schedule" the guys for on call weekends so we know who should be taking calls.

Less confusion on what needs to be done. we have less missed repairs due to the automation of the work requests.
