## Limble Reviews
  ### 1. Limble CMMS Streamlines Preventive Maintenance with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ellen G. | Manufacturing Engineering Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

What stands out most to me about Limble CMMS is how much it simplifies and strengthens our preventive maintenance process. It removes a lot of the human error that typically comes with manual tracking and makes it significantly easier to manage assets and stay on top of PM schedules.

Implementation was straightforward, and the support from the Limble team has been exceptional. They’re consistently responsive, every time I’ve reached out, I’ve received immediate, helpful answers. Their reliability and attentiveness make a huge difference in day‑to‑day operations.

Overall, Limble CMMS has made maintenance more efficient, more accurate, and far easier to manage.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

In terms of downsides, I honestly don’t have many. Limble has been solid for my workflow, and nothing stands out as a major negative. The only feature I find myself wishing for is the ability to print asset labels that include the last PM date, the next scheduled PM date, and basic asset information. Having labels like that would make it easy to update assets right at the time of service and keep info visible at a glance.

Aside from that missing feature, I haven’t run into any real issues.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Reduces Human Error:
Limble takes a lot of manual guesswork out of maintenance tasks. By automating schedules, reminders, and documentation, it significantly cuts down on mistakes that happen with paper logs or scattered spreadsheets.

2. Improves Preventive Maintenance Execution:
Preventive maintenance becomes easier and more consistent. Limble ensures tasks are completed on time, tracked properly, and documented without relying on memory or informal communication.

3. Simplifies Asset Tracking:
It centralizes and organizes asset information, making it easy to see history, status, and maintenance requirements all in one place. This keeps technicians aligned and eliminates confusion about what needs to be serviced.

4. Keeps PM Schedules Accurate and Up to Date:
Instead of manually updating service intervals or trying to remember when something was last maintained, Limble automatically manages and displays upcoming PMs, helping prevent overdue work and unexpected breakdowns.

5. Provides Reliable, Fast Support During Implementation and Daily Use

  ### 2. Limble is Awesome for Day-to-Day Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Quinn C. | Maintenance Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I enjoy the organization my team and I get to utilize with our products. Having the right information for us, all on one page for each part, has helped us with reordering, locating, and using our various parts we have in our system. Along with the organization and data of our parts, we also utilize having detailed and necessary information for the various machines we use on a day-to-day basis. All of us use it every shift, it has become an essential and useful tool for our operations. Shout-out to Alex Doney for assisting us when needed!

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Limble is great for our operations and tools, I just wish it was a tad bit more "detail" friendly with some of our operations. For instance, we have a system of products that we have to change out of one of our machines. With these products that we use, it is essential that we have detailed information of the traffic of each one. The traffic includes when it was sent out of our facility to another one that re-tools it into use once more, how many more times can we use the product, and when it is back in our facility along where it is (machine wise) in our facility (if it is being used or on the shelf.) Unfortunately, we tried to utilize Limble for this kind of documentation, but it just wasn't the right fit given there were so many screens you had to go through to find all of this information. The system we use now are simply excel spread sheets that have all of this data in one place, not various clicks and screens that are a bit too much for myself and my team to handle while they're trying to handle other work request tickets, maintenance calls on the floor, and other projects that they may have to complete. Limble does have options to have details and information listed, but like I said it isn't exactly the right fit for this type of operation.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To my knowledge, we're not having huge problems with Limble. It has been a great help with our day-to-day operations.

  ### 3. User-Friendly CMMS with Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Director of Facilities Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I find Limble very robust, user-friendly, and intuitive. The ease of use reduces the barrier to entry quite a bit, especially compared to some competitors that I reviewed thoroughly. Its onboarding process was very easy and allowed me to make it work for the unique factors of my facility, which was really helpful. They've designed the initial setup to be very intuitive by breaking it down into a six-phase process. They use AI or something similar to monitor progress and send helpful articles and guidance if needed, which I found really nice.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I think my biggest gripe with Limble is that there's so much granularity in the system. You can really change quite a lot of things and dig in very deep. It does make it somewhat overwhelming.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble centralizes and unifies my process, transforming manual management with email and spreadsheets into a data-oriented, reportable, and trackable system.

  ### 4. Straigt foward software, good value for money

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Viv V. | Plant Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The software is straightforward to set up, use, and maintain. It has transformed our scheduled maintenance program thanks to its easy-to-use mobile app and intuitive interface.
The pricing is very acceptable and worthwhile for smaller companies as the cost benefit of the savings on maintenance out weighs the cost of the software. The support online is exceptional with frequent communications from Limble and continuous upgrades of the software. The app stability could be slightly improved.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The interface on the mobile app could be improved as we often get errors.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of detailed maintenance and proper scheduling of preventative maintenance. Improved work request logging system.

  ### 5. Limble Makes Managing Assets, Work Orders, and PMs Effortlessly Centralized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa G. | Budget and Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I really enjoy how easy Limble makes it to keep all of our organization’s assets, work orders, and PMs in one place.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I really wish we had the ability to edit every email that goes out to our clients. Right now we can customize some of them, but not all.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble has helped us solve our asset inventory issue. We used to track everything in spreadsheets, but since switching to Limble, we’ve been able to eliminate spreadsheets altogether. Managing our inventory is now straightforward and a breeze.

  ### 6. Great CMMS Platform For Most Applications

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex M. | Power Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The user interface on desktop is excellent, making navigation straightforward. There is mobile support available for both iOS and Android, which adds flexibility. Setting up recurring tasks is simple and intuitive. I also appreciate the implementation of tracking parts and costs. Additionally, the ability to create follow-up work orders directly from within a planned task is very convenient. Built-in QR code support is great for item-specific tasks.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

To fully utilize the data linking features with PMs, you need to set up assets and their relationships in a very specific manner. If this setup isn’t done properly, you might run into issues where any changes to PMs force you to manually re-establish all the data links, especially when a PM is intended to be associated with multiple assets.

The lack of GIS or mapping functionality also makes it challenging to manage certain assets, particularly when field workers are required to travel off-site.

Additionally, the task list can become quite unwieldy if you have many recurring tasks assigned simultaneously, such as quarterly or yearly inspections.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping us transition away from paper inspection reports for our quarterly and yearly inspections. It benefits us by simplifying the process of assigning these tasks, allowing us to easily track the specific data we need through reports and dashboards, and offering a user-friendly interface for our field users.

  ### 7. Intuitive UI, Fantastic Onboarding, and Truly Supportive Staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob C. | Systems Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble has a very easy to learn and intuitive UI, extensive documentation, and a fantastic onboarding process. The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable; our agent Hila helped us through our entire process.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Nothing at the moment, we've been very satisfied with the service.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble's CMMS provided us with a multitude of solutions that greatly improved our efficiency within the facility. With Limble, we vastly improved our capacity to accurately record and track important assets, fulfill Work Orders and Preventative Maintenance, and track expenditures with much better accuracy and simplicity. Our Data clarity has been greatly improved with Limble providing easily readable data graphs and reporting functionalities. Overall, we are very satisfied with Limble.

  ### 8. Truly Modern CMMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kerie R. | Controls Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Writing and managing work orders in Limble is as simple as using something like Instagram. It's incredibly easy to setup, manage, and train people to use.

It has been a great experience from start to finish and the after sales support you get is phenomenal. For instance, the people manning the live support chat always answer extremely fast and are super knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer to something, they actually research it and get you a real answer

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The metrics you can pull from Limble are great but I do wish that you could have a little bit more granularity when making reports or generating charts.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Limble. Our CMMS was so cumbersome that technicians simply wouldn't use it so we were not capturing the data we needed. Now, creating a work order is as simple as creating an Instagram post.

  ### 9. Limble Is Easy to Use with Top-Tier Training and Helpful YouTube Videos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven P. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is very easy to use, and the training for the software is top tier. I also really like that there are YouTube videos available, which makes it even easier to learn and reference when needed.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

It takes a fair amount of time to set everything up, but I knew it would be that way going in. Once the setup is done, it makes everything easier.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking PMs and Part usage

  ### 10. Efficient Inventory Management with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JAMES D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I like that when I assign a task to an individual, they are notified on their phones, and I can see what they've done and the parts they've taken out of inventory. Limble helps me keep track of inventory by notifying me when I'm getting low. I also appreciate having the ability to have an overview of the team as a whole, which enables me to see how much time is spent on tasks and ensures that tasks are completed in a timely manner. The initial setup of Limble was very easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The PO system doesn't fit my needs because it's somewhat difficult to navigate. Also, there are parts, like consumables, that it puts in the inventory limit, which I don't need. I would just like the option to not have everything be put in inventory and be able to place them under consumables instead.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble to keep track of inventory, as it notifies me when I'm low on stock. It streamlines job assignment by notifying individuals on their phones, allowing me to see completed tasks and parts taken from inventory.

  ### 11. Active Ongoing-Calls Dashboard Makes Client Follow-Ups Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy A. | Facilities Coordinator/Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The ability to have an active dashboard with on going calls simplifies my follow up capabilities with the client/vendors.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Some of the functions aren’t as streamlined as I’d like. I’m told there’s a way to create follow-up calls/tickets; however, I haven’t seen that function work yet. Also, initial callouts tend to have follow-up repairs needed, and it would be helpful if the question that asks, "is a follow up visit needed" prompted an additional step to pre-create the repair portion.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize and maintain active sites by tracking issues and preventative maintenance calls. It also supports the metrics we need to anticipate possible trends and client needs, while keeping clear historical data for each site.

  ### 12. Smooth Implementation and Strong Adoption by Maintenance Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary H. | Vice President of Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

One of the biggest strengths of Limble is its ease of use and ease of implementation. From an IT leadership perspective, the rollout was straightforward, required minimal overhead, and did not place an unnecessary burden on our team. Based on direct feedback from maintenance staff, the platform is intuitive and well designed for facility and maintenance management workflows.
The feature set aligns well with real‑world needs, particularly work order submission, asset management, and preventive maintenance, and there’s clear potential for the platform to expand beyond maintenance into broader facilities or operational use. Adoption was quick, which speaks both to the usability of the system and how well it fits the maintenance team’s day‑to‑day processes.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

One area for improvement would be notification flexibility, specifically around alerts for work orders submitted outside of normal business hours. More granular notification controls for after‑hours or urgent submissions would be helpful. That said, this has not significantly impacted overall satisfaction or adoption.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Limble, our maintenance team did not have a system that was purpose‑built for facility management. Limble filled that gap by providing a centralized, structured platform for managing work orders, maintenance activities, and assets. As a result, maintenance operations are more organized, requests are easier to submit and track, and there is better visibility into facility‑related work. From an IT and leadership perspective, it’s reassuring to have a solution that meets the team’s operational needs without adding unnecessary complexity.

  ### 13. Intuitive and flexible CMMS that's always improving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jayden L.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I really like how flexible Limble is, and my favorite feature is its intuitive nature, especially when compared to other CMMS packages. The barrier to entry is so low that you can start using it after just a short training session, which is great when bringing new people on board. The software's efficiency in getting things done makes it simple and quick to use. Another aspect I appreciate is the effectiveness of Limble's support team, as they quickly address and fix any bugs we encounter. This level of support is really valuable, given how essential it is for us to stay compliant with our quality systems. Finally, setting up Limble was very easy for our team, which is not always the case with such tools.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

We've experienced quite a few bugs with the software in general. Some of them so minor that they're barely even an inconvenience, others much more impactful, forcing us to find workarounds to ensure that we stay compliant with our quality systems.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble helps us easily schedule, complete, and record preventative maintenance tasks, track spare parts and performance data, and communicate effectively with the business.

  ### 14. Streamlines Work Orders, Minor UI Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Colby B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I use Limble daily, alongside my mechanics and fellow managers. It simplifies work order tracking and filing, and it's very self-explanatory. I appreciate how it helps me stay organized in my demanding and sometimes chaotic position. It's a system that new mechanics can grasp quickly and begin rolling with. Limble also helps solve mechanic hourly tracking issues, assists with KPI data requests from upper management, and backs us up for document control during audits and scheduling issues.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I have noticed small quality of life improvements needed with interfaces. The main issue is the freezing problems, likely related to the internet at the plant, and the updating. There are also issues with bar graphs and charts on dashboards where the scrolling function sometimes bugs out and won't let you go, forcing you to back out and re-enter the dashboard. The initial setup was very in-depth, extensive, and time-consuming, but this was more due to the volume of equipment we needed to incorporate rather than the software itself.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble daily for work order tracking. It simplifies filing, solves mechanic hourly tracking, and helps with KPI data requests. It backs us up for audits and scheduling issues, and keeps me organized in a demanding role.

  ### 15. Secure, Simple User Experience with Easy Support Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey M. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The security of the data and the simplicity of the end user experience. along with the ease of access for the support team

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

It would be nice to have an app for the team to access on their phones to get the requests as they come in.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it easier to service everyone in a timely manner and decreasing the phone traffic along with documentation of the work being done

  ### 16. User-Friendly CMMS with Strong Core Features for Technicians

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tony N. | Sr Director, Reliability & Automation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

very user- friendly and intuitive. Has all of the basic requirements: work orders, PMs, asset management, vendor management, purchase order, critical spare parts. The app is very easy to utilize especially assisting technicians entering work via tablets.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The reporting system is weak. The widgets and dashboards are not bad but limited. Need to have canned reports for each section. Would be good to have built-in failure codes. Problem, cause, solution. This fosters a reliability centered maintenance culture. Would need reports for the failure codes as well.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management. Total cost of ownership. purchase orders and critical spare parts management.

  ### 17. User-Friendly and Customizable, But Prep with Learning Center First

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianna S. | Biomedical Engineer Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

The learning center is extremely helpful for grasping concepts right from the start. In addition, both the Limble website and app are intuitive, which makes it easy to learn how to use them and to add assets and details. The custom dashboard is also user-friendly, offering plenty of straightforward options to tailor everything to your needs. The customer support is also 10/10. I have yet to tell my team about it to implement it, but it should be easy.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I like that there are many customization options and plenty to learn, but as a beginner, I would have appreciated being told to complete the entire learning center before diving in. I often had to return to previous steps to finish things I initially overlooked. Also, having a feature to bulk add various PM dates when entering assets would be very useful. I do use the website frequently I wish there was a way the time auto saves just incase I log out without saving it.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Predictive Maintenance and work orders are both extremely easy to use and very helpful, especially considering we have to manage preventive maintenance for over 1,000 assets. With more than 30 locations, being able to see all the assets at each site is also a significant advantage.

  ### 18. Limble: Easy to Use, Customizable, and Great for Real-Time Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Péter R. | Aerodynamicist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is super easy to use, and still packed with powerful features. I love how customizable it is, so we can perfectly implement it to our workflows. The reporting tools are excellent, and help us track performance, and make better decisions. The mobile app makes it easy for our technicians to stay updated and log their work in real time. The support team is always quick to help.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

There's not much to dislike. If anything, some of the advanced features take a bit of time to set up and customize at the beginning

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we started implementing preventive maintenance, we realized we needed to digitalize our processes to manage everything efficiently. That’s when we chose Limble. It helped us move away from spreadsheets and paper-based tracking, giving us a clear and centralized system for all maintenance activities. Now we can schedule, track, and report on tasks much more easily. It has improved our organization, reduced downtime, and made our preventive maintenance program far more effective.

  ### 19. Simplest Platform to Implement and Use—Issues Resolved Quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn J. | Regional Maintenance Manager Texas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble has been the simplest platform to implement and use of any other platform I've used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I don't dislike anything thus far, everything I've had any issues with have been resolved. My only complaint is that my account is a shared account with our corporate office.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I came to Anchor Bay Packaging in late 2024 there was no maintenance program, no PM's, machines were run to failure. My first objective was to get a system implemented to get started. Our corporate plant had just started with Limble so getting it here was as simple as can be. So far I've been able to get our equipment with manuals and full PM plans, Inventory, Vendors. As well as Safety inspections for ladders and eyewash stations, working on fire extinguishers as well.

  ### 20. Efficient Asset Management Despite Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim G.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I appreciate how Limble keeps all my assets in order and generates work orders when I want them to. I also like how we can use the dashboards to track hours for our mechanics and monitor KPIs effectively. Additionally, Limble maintains a better record of what we do, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The purchase order side of things does not match up with our present system. It becomes a standalone, and that doesn't work for us. Also, it was a bit of a struggle trying to put all of our assets into the system and transferring them from an Excel spreadsheet.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble keeps all my assets in order and allows my work orders to generate when I want them to, providing a better record of what we do.

  ### 21. User-Friendly App with Powerful Bulk Import and Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble is user friendly. It is easy for service technicians to navigate and use the app. Limble also supports many bulk import, export, and update features that help setup or add new assets, parts, or PM tasks. Limble makes it easy to generate reports and dashboards on their website and via excel exports or API connections.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Attaching PDF documents (like manuals) to assets can be time consuming.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble helps us clearly demonstrate the value of our maintenance crews. It lets us track asset and system health, and it also provides detailed visibility into technician performance. We’re also using the platform to manage parts inventory and ordering, which has been very helpful.

  ### 22. Easy to Use and Straightforward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rejean M. | Engineering And Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Easy to use. Easy to implement. Very friendly with technicians. Purchasing ability with approval workflow. Asset cost tracking. Parts tracking. Custom fields. Multiple options for PM checklists. Workflow ability with instructions.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The major issue is performance, sometimes lags a lot, although they are working on it. Other items to improve: does not handle multiple currencies, estimated time on tasks take several clicks to change. Would benefit from a scheduling feature other than due dates, but I hear they are working on this.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Purchasing workflow. Task management. Parts management.

  ### 23. Streamlined Maintenance, Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith V.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I find Limble extremely helpful for planning maintenance requests and responding to unplanned work in a timely manner. They are responsive and easy to work with, which is great. Limble also provides a level of customization that allows us to address specific needs for tracking and future planning without additional costs. This customization can be done easily on our own, saving us from waiting for vendor assistance, which I appreciate. It's also cost-effective and integrates smoothly with data from our current system. The initial setup was very smooth, partly because our CSM, Katia Gwartney, is highly responsive and knowledgeable about the system, offering useful suggestions. Additionally, the online live training and on-demand tutorials were really convenient for getting up to speed.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Very excited to have an facilities request tool where we can keep track of work being done in an easily assignable way, while also being able to use it to inventory equipment. Since it has so much identifiable information, as well as photos, even those who aren't as familiar with certain tools can use it to easily identify equipment. Customer service has been prompt, friendly, and very helpful anytime we have had questions.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I wish the reports were a little more customizable, but then again, I may just need more training to be able to do what I am trying to accomplish.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Limble is a simple way for people to make facilities requests, track repairs and maintenance for each piece of equipment, and identify and keep inventory on a very diverse collection of equipment

  ### 27. Simplified Inventory Management with Great UI

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I appreciate Limble's simplicity in its UI, making it easier for everyone to use. The QR work order system is particularly helpful for the operators. The new MCP connections in Limble are a great addition, as they enable us to build a system where users can take pictures and the AI can find part information. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the help from Limble.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

We don't really use any of the dashboard at our infancy stage so those features are a bit lacking for us.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble solves inventory-related issues and makes work management simple with an easy UI and QR work order system. The new MCP connections allow us to use AI for part identification, enhancing efficiency.

  ### 28. Exceptionally Agile and Responsive Software Experience

**Reviewed by:** Jason P. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I like how agile the software is. We can make changes to our schema, to our data, to our users all VERY quickly without having to memorize a bunch of transaction codes. I also really appreciate the Limble team. Our CSM and the chat-helpdesk support team are AWESOME to work with

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Sometimes it can take a while to get enough traction to promote a design fix. That said, Alix and the Limble team are always VERY responsive to my inquiries, and we can always work toward a satisfactory solution.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble is helping us to see how our assets are performing, and which assets are costing us the most: both in terms of time and money. The easy ticketing system also allows us to efficiently and effectively create a strategic work plan for all our assets, helping to ensure we stay on track!

  ### 29. Streamlined Downtime Tracking and Preventive Maintenance Scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Haven't found anything that I really dislike about the software.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble created a preventive maintenance schedule for us that we didn't have in place before. We have seen a huge decrease in downtime since starting the program.

  ### 30. Everything About Limble Has Been Great So Far

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I would like to be able to upload an existing PDF maintenance checklist. It would make it easier to create PM schedule in Limble.

Easy to create work request. Asset tracking and preventative maintenance on equipment. Tracking downtime on machine issues.

  ### 31. Organizational Excellence with Customizable Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddie R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I love being able to see the calendar view of tasks that are scheduled. It helps our team stay organized and plan their upcoming days, weeks, and months. The calendar feature also helps our team know when items are being used and when people are busy, which is super helpful. The initial setup of Limble was fairly simple, and our support guy who is assigned to us has been very helpful in the process.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I think it would be awesome if Limble had a reservation process for multiple assets at once with a customizable check out/in process that is connected to the log/history of each individual asset.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble helps our organization stay organized, manage our assets, and identify deficiencies. I love the calendar view of tasks, which helps our team know when items are used and plan days, weeks, and months ahead.

  ### 32. BEST PROGRAM OUT THERE!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Limble?**

We use this program daily. Usage of the program for tech's is so easy and streamline it keeps them working with less downtime filling out paperwork. Accessing all the equipment information right on the spot from previous pm's, work orders, and manuals all at there finge tips

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

from previous programs I have used, I have no complaants this is rock solid

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i printed out indivdual qr codes per piece of equipment so when an operator has an issue it is sent to admin right away and a tech is dispatched to get machine(s) back online with very little down time. Also having the operator not worring about where is the maintenance tech they know they are getting taken care of.

  ### 33. Easy Navigation, Needs Better Location Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanner C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I like Limble's very simple UI because it makes it easy to navigate. The scheduling calendar is a big plus; it makes managing multiple requests convenient. I also appreciate how it's easy to see the details of a task without getting bogged down in information on a page.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

The locations section is very annoying to use and create and very clumsy. I wish it was simpler to navigate and more flexible for each location, making it easier to manipulate locations from one to another. The initial setup was rather time-consuming since Limble had to be built to fit our needs.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble for managing incoming service requests, tracking updates, managing tech schedules, and creating parts orders.

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2023

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I love being able to delegate to everyone from one platform without needing to have individual conversations about their tasks. All instructions, notes, parts and tools needed right in the work order. Having the ability to lay out the schedule gives the crew their pipeline without down time or needing to report back so often.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

For us, right now, the only thing missing is the ability to have individual or team chat in the platform without needing to use text messages or emails.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to lay out the schedule for each team member and recieve work requests in one spot. Before it was a mess of texts, emails, and paper notes.

  ### 36. Modular and Accessible

I love the easy visibility Limble offers—it's a breeze to access and view information even for those not working directly within the system, which is fantastic for collaboration with team members who may not be familiar with the software. Additionally, the modularity of Limble stands out to me. Its various functions provide flexibility and cater to diverse needs, making it an good tool. I also appreciate the ability to bulk import several items during the initial setup. This feature was particularly valuable and helped streamline the onboarding process, making it less cumbersome and saving a significant amount of time. Overall, these aspects of Limble provide great ease of use and functionality, enhancing productivity and simplifying maintenance documentation and planning activities.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I would like to see some best practice examples in Limble.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble for maintenance documentation and planning. It offers easy visibility and a modular structure, making it accessible even for those unfamiliar with it. Limble also allows bulk import of data, which is very valuable.

  ### 37. Empowered Our Maintenance Team with Easy Implementation and Proactive Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric C. | Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble has been a powerful tool in upping our maintenance game. It was very easy to implement and very user friendly. I gave us the capacity to go from reactive maintenance to more preventative maintenance, and building our ability to go further with the invaluable data it is providing my team and take steps to be proactive in our maintenance approach. Garrett has been a tremendous help and partner, providing us resources and helping us shape Limble to fit our organization's needs.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

We have had some challenges with getting the PMs to trigger at the designated intervals, but we are working through that and hopeful that we can get the issues resolved.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble is providing us with a platform to manage our fleet and facility maintenance across every division in our organization, as well as the data to build out our preventative and predictive maintenance program to reduce downtime and R&M costs, effectively allowing us to shrink our budget without impacting the operational ability of our fleet.

  ### 38. Best choice our maintenance team has made!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** danial D. | Maintenance Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

There are so many amazing things to say about Limble. The best part for me is how easy it is to EVERYTHING. The app is amazing. I used to have to sit at a desk and assign tasks for an hour or two a day. I easily do this on the go now through the app. It was VERY easy to learn for the users here and also the 900+ staff we have here using it. You are even able to share the tasks externally to vendors or any email user you would like to include in the task!

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I have nothing negitive to say about Limble. The things that i have had questions or concerns about tech support has been very quick and helpful to provide insight. In some cases mentioning that they would pass things along to seee if the feature could be added.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for me is time. It is all around a time saver when you have to assign 10-20 tasks a day. its so easy to use and has all the options you can think of!

  ### 39. Limble is a very powerful and adaptable CMMS system

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

1. Parts are automatically associated to Assets saving time.
2. Limble has a large variety of options for permissions to multiple levels of personnel. This benefits us in so many ways to delegate tasks to the appropriate levels in our facility. I have certain permissions for each employee.
3. The reporting is completely customizable allowing for easy access to data and easy to share with corporate and outside entities.
4. Overall the program is much more user friendly and easy to navigate for all different levels of technology challenged or gifted mechanics than other programs i have used.
5. The help button is by far one of the greatest functions. This level of customer service is hard to find, they have recorded videos and sent to me to walk me through the steps. Our customer success manager ( Katia Gwartney) has been a complete rockstar in allowing us to get our system implemented and functioning within a few weeks while answering all our questions promptly and efficiently.
6. As the maintenance planner and scheduler i use this program most of my day and it is easy to use.
7. We are about to integrate our system with other production software and i am grateful there is support to do this and it has already been done before, nice to not be the pilot program.
8. The mobile platform is phenominal and we have had no issues while using it to date.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

1. There are a few functions i wish were customizable, for example i wish when writing a task and PM it would start with release date other than due date. I would like the option to have it show a RELEASE date. basically just changing the verbage.
2. I wish i could have multiple tabs open in Limble at once like the parts tab as well as the open tasks tab to allow me to go between the two tabs without losing data and starting over.
3. I wish it could search for partial part numbers with better success. Other programs i have used allow me to search for partials by starting and ending with a * like *678*

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better communication across the board within our facility. The work request portal without needing a license has allowed us to reduce downtime and allow better planning.

  ### 40. What Limble does for us.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan S. | Maintenance Manager/Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Limble?**

It’s a great organizational tool for managing parts, work orders, and staff. We can easily track time and expenses, and it also helps us see which pieces of equipment need more attention.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Overall, Limble is a great tool for maintenance operations. That said, I think the mobile app could be a bit better, and I definitely prefer using the desktop version.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us see where we’re spending our maintenance time and money.

  ### 41. Mobile-Friendly Tool That Enhances Work Order Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I really like that Limble is mobile app friendly and easy to access. It's great to be able to see what technicians are working on and understand the problems immediately. The mobile app helps me be in the know right away and quickly understand any issues with the technicians working on problems.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Everything works fine. We're in the system right now. Figuring out it's new to us, so figuring out the system. For working, entering assets, and PMs. And parts, still a little new to us, so we're still learning.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble documents work orders well, tracks time to resolve issues, and captures repeating defects. It also keeps track of our PM schedule. I like that it's mobile app friendly and easy to see what technicians are working on, identifying issues immediately.

  ### 42. Effortless Maintenance with Limble

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin M.

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I love how easy it is to work with Limble. The system allows for seamless configuration of all planned maintenances, which greatly enhances efficiency in managing tasks. I find the work order setup particularly beneficial, as it simplifies the documentation and tracking of maintenance activities. The ease of using Limble compared to our previous experience with Oracle, which was too complicated for maintenance purposes, makes a significant difference. Additionally, even though we're still in the process of setting it up, I can already tell that the initial setup of Limble is quite straightforward and user-friendly. This simplicity is a major advantage and aligns well with our operational needs, making me more inclined to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I struggle with reporting problems on assets in Limble. While there may be a feature for this, I'm not currently aware of how to utilize it, which implies a need for better onboarding or user guidance.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Limble easy to work with, simplifying the configuration of planned maintenances and work orders, unlike the complexity we experienced with Oracle.

  ### 43. Absolutely Game-Changing CMMS!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PJ G. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

As a Maintenance Manager overseeing 20 technicians, Limble CMMS has been a complete game-changer for our maintenance operations. The platform is extremely intuitive and easy to use, which made adoption across the team quick and seamless. Implementation was smooth, and we were able to start leveraging its features almost immediately. The customer support is exceptional — always responsive, knowledgeable, and ready to assist whenever needed. We use Limble daily to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and inventory, and its robust set of features gives us real-time visibility into equipment performance, detailed asset histories, and customizable dashboards. Integration with our existing systems was straightforward, allowing us to streamline workflows efficiently. Even after being online for less than a year, the cost savings are already becoming visible, and overall downtime has been significantly reduced. For anyone looking to simplify and optimize maintenance operations, Limble is hands-down the best CMMS — a solid 10/10!

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Overall, Limble CMMS is an excellent system, but there are a couple of areas where I’d like to see improvements. The main feature I would like is the ability to add custom categories for better organization and reporting. Otherwise, the system is intuitive, powerful, and extremely effective.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limble CMMS is solving several critical challenges in our maintenance operations. It centralizes work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and inventory management, which eliminates confusion and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. By providing real-time visibility into equipment performance and historical maintenance data, it allows us to identify recurring issues and address them proactively. The platform also simplifies reporting and tracking, saving significant administrative time for both me and my technicians.

The benefits are clear: we’ve reduced downtime, improved technician productivity, and started seeing cost savings in less than a year. Daily use of Limble keeps our team organized and accountable, while its intuitive interface and strong support make adoption and ongoing use seamless. Overall, it has allowed us to work smarter, not harder, and has created a more reliable, efficient maintenance program.

  ### 44. The value of Limble in the Facilities world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

Limble has grown a lot since I have started using it with another employer. The documentation and support help get you answers you need on the fly and to top it all off they listen to feedback to help grow the product based on what end users actually need!

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Mobile app experience still seems a bit clunky, it is hard to manage especially being a super user when all site info is available. I needed to create a dashboard to help me manage the work I needed to check up on while utilizing mobile but it seems like there would be a better way to do it.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping keep all sites organized with assets and work needing to be completed. As an added benefit we track the life of our assets but this is at a high level that we are still working to utilize fully.

  ### 45. User-Friendly CMMS with Stellar Support and Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin E.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I have been extremely satisfied with Limble, primarily due to its user-friendly nature and the excellent support provided by the Limble team. The setup process was notably straightforward, even with the extensive variety of assets we manage across North America. The platform's intuitive interface makes navigating and setting up Work Requests simple and efficient, avoiding complications and making it easier for our operations to onboard with the software. Additionally, I find the ease of data collection and association to sites and assets particularly valuable, allowing for rapid collection and effortless review of asset history. The PM scheduling feature is another highlight, providing multiple levels of detail and ensuring scheduling aligns with site and condition needs. I also appreciate the ability to view Work Orders (WO) and PM history for each asset, which empowers our reliability team to analyze trends and identify problematic areas. The search functionality surpasses that of our previous systems like Maximo and SAP, being both intuitive and accurate. Furthermore, Custom Dashboards are incredibly useful for fostering team engagement by tailoring them to specific site needs. Limble also proves to be more cost-effective compared to major competitors, appealing to our budget constraints while maintaining high usability for field staff.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I find the lack of a dedicated sandbox environment challenging because it complicates experimenting without impacting live statistics. Another issue is the tedious process of manually transferring data from spreadsheets or PDFs into Limble, especially for regularly updated fields, which eats up my time. Additionally, the map feature is limited as it only associates with an asset; having the ability to drop pins for work requests would be beneficial for our large sites. The SSO process could be improved since I have to enter my email every time I log in, unlike other sites that pre-load this information.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Limble simplifies CMMS setup across our diverse assets, enhances data collection, PM scheduling, and inventory management, and serves as our 'Source of Truth'. Its user-friendly interface and robust support make it easily adoptable, improving reliability and team engagement.

  ### 46. Streamlined Asset Management with User-Friendly Limble

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas Martin S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I've found Limble to be an extremely user-friendly platform, which significantly eases the process of Maintenance Management in the mining industry. I appreciate its flexibility and its capability to incorporate all functions needed for effective tracking of assets. Limble facilitates the creation of maintenance histories with just a simple click, which enhances efficiency in managing operations. The asset tracking and management capabilities are invaluable as they allow us to monitor and trace our assets' locations and movements seamlessly between different sites. This functionality directly translates into better management accountability as we can easily track where assets are working and moved. Additionally, the ease of setting up was enhanced over time with the availability of online training and YouTube content. Moreover, I am particularly impressed with the feature that allows the creation of child assets and sharing them, which plays a crucial role in our daily operations. The visibility into open orders and critically overdue tasks is also remarkable, as it assists in reporting and task management effectively. The ease of use makes me consider purchasing Limble again without hesitation.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

I encountered challenges with automatic updates on child asset fields, such as running hours, which require more manual input than desired. Additionally, there's a significant issue with linking Limble to other software we're using, particularly with the automatic updating of asset fields and integrations like Telematics. These integration difficulties can hamper the seamless flow of data across different platforms.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Limble to track and trace assets across sites, manage maintenance history easily, and monitor assets' locations, improving accountability and operational efficiency.

The ability to add pictures, owner's manuals, and documents to each asset is a big plus. I appreciate the artificial intelligence feature which scans manuals and creates PM recommendations from the content. Nothing so far.

I value its cost-effectiveness, which provides a great balance of features for the price. The setup was not difficult at all, indicating that it is user-friendly from the start. The scheduling capabilities and ability to customize workflows, such as adding our own touch on how engineers close out work orders or preventative maintenance tasks, are particularly useful. I am impressed with the preventative reminders through email and the use of QR codes for work orders, which are instrumental in helping our engineers stay on track. These features combined make it a clear choice for our team, and I would readily purchase it again for these reasons.

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Limble?**

I am early in the institution of it, but it should help us track our problem areas. The ease of getting information where it belongs. Being able to load information from spread sheets saved a great amount of time. The help I get weekly and any time it's needed if I am trying to find something is a very big benefit. I was told there was a very quick response time when chatting about problems. The response time was within 2 minutes I didn't waste any time waiting.

**What do you dislike about Limble?**

Well, it's a large undertaking to get all of the information in. Not that Limble caused that. As I said I am in the early stages and will be able to talk better about it at a later date, but I haven't really had a problem as of yet that couldn't be dealt with.

**What problems is Limble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have items at a glance that I can see what is needed and track the equipment needing or being repaired. Again, early stages but being able to print out reports and see what is needed whenever it's needed helps.
