I have to admit that Ligna provides a cumbersome range of features. It stands out as a poor marketing solution with options and in depth controls. It takes some time to get familiar with the platform once you dive in youll discover its potential worthless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are glitches in the user interface causing workflow disruptions the current releases remain functional. Ligna does present a bit of a learning curve making it difficult for new users to fully utilize its features. The customer support provided by Ligna falls short with slow response times and unhelpful solutions. This lack of assistance is frustrating, for users facing issues and requiring software guidance. What do you like best about Ligna?

I have used different all-in-one marketing software; believe me, this is one of the best software out there, as it is a game changer.

It's intuitive, super friendly for people who need CRM processes, and has a Funnel Builder, and if you know a little about web design, you can create awesome funnels and websites...

Best of all, they constantly listen to their users, updating and adding many features to the software...

What I don't like is that sometimes it feels overwhelming all the functionalities the platform has, because believe me it has so many that I would have to write a bible of functions here...

What problems is Ligna solving and how is that benefiting you?

My problem was always having to connect different online tools for my business to run.

Autoresponders for email marketing, CRM for Customer and Lead Management, and Websites for my funnels or marketing processes... making my subscriptions skyrocket in expenses everywhere.

Email Marketing and SMS marketing + Voip Calls is challenging to set up with different companies.

What do you like best about Ligna?

A CRM, Marketing platform, SERP/SEO/Analyitics, Website builder, Social Media planning/curation, Emails, SMS, calls, subscriptions. I could cut many other tools, headaches and costs. Fully customisable and the ability to replicate cascading the platform infinitely towards clients in full whitelabel. This is a must-have tool to build and grow light consulting businesses. One of our favorite features is that is all centered on Leads and Leads data. In more details: the platform is completely customisable and offers users, according to their plan, to replicate in Tier 2, 3,4...X the same or differently customised platform. CRM, Marketing, LMS, Listings, Website builder, bookings, social media posting, VOIP and more (all with great monitoring and analytics. You need just one app to manage it (for you and your clients) all and all in a centralised way. What is the best in all this is the Founderand the team, very supportive at every stage and open to quick fixes and brainstorm regarding work arounds. In addition, they are very open to listen to clients and develop somewhat the platform inthe direction that the userbase appreaciates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ligna?

Nothing particular. The platform needs still to mature with more features, controls and integration but they are all behind the corner and current releases are 100% functional. One more critical topic is if the software could be hosted on EU datacenters in case of EU accounts to let EU clients feel more compliant in terms of GDPR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ligna?

For an email-marketing SaaS solution, Ligna has one of the most advanced CRM that has built-in voip phone. In fact Ligna's CRM is more advanced than some of the dedicate/pure CRM out there. I implemented Ligna on one of the business I consult, and their sales is getting higher and higher results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ligna?

Ligna has so much awesome features that an user use. However, the administrator/whoever sets up Ligna for the team, will have to go through at least 10-20 hours of Ligna training to be so-so good at it. So there is a barrier to entry, however it is one of the best marketing solution out there, even better than GHL (especially when Ligna API & integration launches.)
