With LiftOS now I can easily working without switch between tab. You know with more than 10 tabs open it will hard to remember which tab you need to switch to. 1. I wish I could create my own templates - but I believe this is coming soon as they continue to develop the platform more.

2. I wish you could get a link to every document so that when you are in another document or task, you can paste the direct link to the other resource - currently you can only get links to certain types of files, but not all

3. Email notifications when someone tags/mentions someone in a chat/comment

Pros:

User-Friendly Interface: LiftOS has an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. You can easily utilize all its features without needing any technical knowledge.

Cons:

Main Dashboard: The main dashboard didn’t feel very functional in terms of usage. More customization and personalization options could improve this aspect.

Lack of Multi-Calendar Support: To make LiftOS even more functional, multi-calendar support should be added. Being able to switch between different projects and personal calendars would increase my productivity.

I use this to as collaboration space for my writing & project management students. I love the ability to have multiple ools in the same space. Students often complain about having too many tools or windows open. LiftOS helps organize the workspace that alliviates this overwelm. I also can watching them collaborate in real time in class.
