From the early days, when we were still getting our name out there, they treated us like a priority—not just another small account. That made a lasting impression. Their team made getting started extremely easy. The onboarding process was seamless, and we had a clear and professional setup meeting with their administrators. They laid out the plan, implemented it quickly, and had us up and running in no time. From there, it’s been a well-oiled system that works behind the scenes to support our reputation. One of the best parts of working with Liftify is how easy the system is to use. The dashboard is always available and simple to navigate, and we are emailed reports regularly—daily, monthly, and quarterly—that are clear, relevant, and informative. Honestly, I can’t think of any data or insights I wish we had that aren't already included. They’ve really thought through the reporting side of things. On top of that, the customer support has been excellent. They check in consistently, are always responsive, and genuinely care about helping us grow. The dashboard is very simple and easy to use, but there are some technical glitches that could be resolved. They can usually be fixed with a quick refresh or an email to Liftify's support team, though. In some instances, reviews will show up multiple times, saying they need a response, or I am unable to respond to reviews without refreshing the page. Liftify is taking the hard part out of generating reviews...asking for them. Most of our owners are busy one-man shows who don't have time to ask for reviews or follow up after an install. The only thing to truly dislike is the inability to incentivize reviews, but honestly, that has nothing to do with Liftify- it's the Google gods and their guidelines. Liftify has completely streamlined our review generation process. The integration is seamless, the interface is simple, and the results speak for themselves. We’ve seen a significant increase in 5-star Google reviews since starting with them. I especially appreciate how the platform routes reviews by ZIP code and keeps things automated yet personalized. There’s always room for small improvements, like a bit more flexibility in customizing the timing or messaging of follow-ups.
