The majority of review platforms can be managed within Liftify, which provides peace of mind that we are responding promptly. The AI's recommended replies are spot on, requiring minimal adjustments. Additionally, Liftify's reporting features give us clear insights into our review scores and response rates. We also appreciate the 'drip campaign' setup, which is more effective than a one-and-done message. Overall, the transition from our previous product was seamless, and the setup was easy. The support from our Liftify representatives are TOP NOTCH as well.
