They really know how to do this. I have worked with various firms over the years and some were just horrible. I found one company wasn't even sending out review requests to more than 2% of our clients! After cutting them, we met Zach and his team at Liftify. They were able to set up copy and automations that instantly increased our rate of sending reviews and increased to conversions of those sends multiple times over. We now have 10s of thousands of reviews across our system in North America.

They have also continued to inovate as our relationship carried on. New filters, new tools, Ai assistants and review replies. I can filter or I can run full throttle. I can do it myself or I can have them do it for me. Integration was taken care of by them with no heavy lift on my side. We are sending out review requests weekly.

Sometimes the Ai tool can be a little repetitive in its replies. It would be good if it could remember every piece of copy it as created in the past so that it can contiue to generate unique responses. It would be another bump in how awesome the tool is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Liftify has truly helped streamline our ratings and review processes with the business partners we work with and our customers. It's been extremely helpful to have one platform with everything in one place. The platform is pretty straight forward, easy to use, and their team is on-point. The staff at Liftify is very helpful and supportive whenever we need them. Our onboarding with them and the time it took to implement this into our processes was quick and seamless. The most difficult thing for me with Liftify has been the reporting, which now makes more sense. I reached out to the Liftify team and they helped me read the reports and see what we needed to see for our company. The other part (not fault of Liftify) is that it still takes a large push to get our own company employees bought into this process and incentivized to get them to use it in the field. Liftify makes my work life so much easier. Replying to Google reviews is a breeze! I have the ability to choose from premade responses based on the number score they give you. I don't have to take any time to think about what I want to say. Liftify sends you an email as soon as you get a review so you are able to stay on top of it. They also take away the hassle of chasing down previous customer reviews. It's great! What's even better is that they have an awesome customer support team.
