Would like to have the ability as an Admin to remote control an end users Desktop when they might have problems connecting, eg be able to fix audio or other issues. Continue to Simplify the Remote Users connectivity. I am a contractor. Lifesize helps me attend meetings without physically being present. This makes it very convenient, and also makes it "feel" as if were there in person. Airplay and screen sharing, in addition to video enables great collaboration between team members without being physically present. Also, the quality is far better than any other video solution I have tried, and the platform has surprising audio quality, even when using my laptop's built-in microphone.
