The interaction with the user is very intuitive, it takes you by the hand at all times.
The hardware is very beautiful. The camera has a very good resolution and the HD Phone 2nd generation is very intuitive, you can organize it in the way you like the most.
The directory is a great tool is very well organized and you can add your personal contacts and groups.

I am an employee that works away from the main office and this program helps so that I can attend the meetings from my office when I cannot make it to the corporate office. The program is a bit slow starting up. IT has tried many different things to correct the problem but it still takes a little time for the program to fully open up. We utilise the guest client, web client, iOS, Android, MAC and PC, plus the excelllent room systems, which all work together to provide us with global network for communications, that we can access from anywhere and on most of the exisiting equipment that we already own, We have even managed to utilise some of oour legacy equipment to bring remote offices on line without the expense of renewing their older equipment - the management portal, provides us with excellent visibility on the useage of the systems and the users, enabling us to calculate and monitor the return on our investment and ensure that everyone is making the very most of the investment in this system.
