Lifesize has been most helpful in allowing a way to have meetings just about anywhere anytime. If you are traveling or in between offices, I have been able to log in to a meeting as long as I had the internet. It is also used on campus for at distance classes. Lifesize share seems to hang from time to time on a previous presentation screen where we need to reboot the lifesize share to clear out the frozen screen share. Unable to static assign IP to lifesize share as of yet. Also Microsoft powerpoint when used in presentation mode on lifesize share doesn't allow the end user to show there admin powerpoint slide on there laptop without showing it to the room they are in since it displays what ever is on the screen.
