I've been using Lifesize for 7 months now, up to 10 times per week. It is extremely robust and connections and the reliability of connectivity, video and audio are supreme! The setup for devices is easy to use and intuitive and I've seen that the only issues that occur are typically if a change has occurred in the users system, yet not updated in Lifesize settings. The best thing about LifeSize to me is the ease and simplicity of starting and having business calls with multiple party conferencing capabilities. Unfortunately, you do run into issues with some video calls. A person in the conference may get booted out for reasons outside of connection problems. Lifesize is the only cloud base video conferencing provider that integrates with a room system fleet so seamlessly. We were sold on their conference room hardware, but the really great part of his relationship is how easy it is to sync their incredible conference room hardware with their cloud service. As a newer player in the cloud game the feature set is not as broad as some competitors, but they have been rolling features out over time.
