The iPhone app is also great to call in, with you user name already saved, and having your scheduled meetings on the home page so you don't have to sift through meeting invites. When hosting large meetings (with over 15 call in's) when people accidentally come and go, the UI interface on the hosting screen (often on the TV in the conference room with everyone else) constantly needs to be readjusted to show the screen how you would like. Also, maybe we just haven't found it yet, a way for people from confirmed emails to auto-join meetings so we don't have to stand by a remote the whole meeting. Simplicity of the product and ease of use. We often deploy some flavor of LifeSize to employees with little to no training necessary. It is a simple product to pickup and use. I like how lifesize integrates well with Microsoft. We have meetings booked via outlook and when you walk into the conference room, it shows up on the pod. All you have to do it click a button. The other feature that I do enjoy is the mobile access. I am able to use lifesize on my phone with the same functions as a desktop version. Sharing desktops is another feature that is great. At times we do have to reboot due to an upgrade that was done. This seems to be only downsize to the product. We have not any other issues. It is hard to dislike something that has really lifted a burden off your shoulders when it comes to remote or teleconference. The pros far out weight the cons in this scenerio. It's not supported on Firefox and there is not a desktop app for Ubuntu. I have to use the web version, anyway it works good.
