A meeting can be accessed from a web browser, regular telephone/mobile call, through LifeSize Icon and even from other third-party video conference equipment. The most limitation that we encounter every day with Lifesize is the collaboration limitation. While LifeSize allows you to share screens with all participants, it cannot collaborate and take control of the presenter screen, like other competitors in the market allow. I have never had an issue with Lifesize. Completely satisfied. Neither I nor any of our employees or clients have had any issues with Lifesize. In fact, the quite opposite is what we have experienced ever since we have taken on this technology and used it throughout our business. The ability to link several locations and the cristal clear sound capability, we can meet with our employees from different states and countries and have trainings without having to spend in transportation to have everyone together in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The colors are not as clear so I guess that means better resolution, otherwise everything is fine, maybe you can also improve the presentation window which can get pretty slow sometimes, also please improve the Chat functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

After using various LifeSize units for the past 7 years, the best part of these systems are that they just work when needed. Rolling in to that is that they are intuitive enough for those not technically-inclined to feel confident in walking in to a meeting room and making a site-to-site call themselves if needed. I work remotely and find that Lifesize is a LifeSaver for connecting with my team. We use the Lifesize connection several times a week and would be lost without it. I appreciate the way Lifesize has made our videoconferencing a rock solid experience for our users. We have zero lag across our state when doing our "all hands" meetings even though our users are using multiple platforms to attend. I have not found a way to control an icon camera (pan, tilt, zoom) from a remote side. I believe this used to be a feature on the older Lifesize systems. However as the Admin I can control most of the other functions remotely which is a tremendously important feature--I do not have to be at any of the locations to control their video conference.
