Ease of use. Connection from lap top of conference room is easy, and with the right band width there are no connection problems. Can ready find those you work with frequently, and the fact that you can connect with those not having Lifesize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our conference system does not have a blue tooth connection to the speaker. If you don't have a bluetooth, please do so. The wire is a pain to deal with. As a longtime LifeSize and Lifesize Cloud customer, it has been fun to watch Lifesize mature over the last few years into a platform that we use for hours every day to connect our five offices together for large and small meetings alike. The technology, both hardware and cloud services, have become more and more stable over time, and using our Lifesize Icon equipment to connect to meetings hosted by other providers works well, too. I think one thing that holds Lifesize back is the chat functionality. We use Slack alongside Lifesize because the instant messaging functionality just isn't there like it is from fuller clients like Slack or Teams. However, it would be ideal to not have to use two different platforms for instant messaging and video. Lifesize is a great video conferencing solution being very easy to use for everyone in the organisation and reliable for any kind of meeting you need to organise, from Boards to catch ups.
It's intuitive user interface does not even require a training at first use.
Rooms can be set up quickly and called searching the organisation directory. It is integrated with our Active Directory so meetings in agenda are recognised and easily accessible. Sharing documents is also very easy.

The thing that I like best about LifeSize is the elimination of a large portion of my windshield time. I can use the time to drive for company meetings much more productively and have gained back much of my workday. I had driven up to 50,000 miles annually for work.
