LifeSize was the choosen solution for main conference in our Company. Its simple as point and click. Users share files, controle the presentation and have no issues to use. with both mobiles, windows, or mac computers - with different customers and so on. The software is simple and powerfull for daily meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Could be a better integration with outlook for sending invites for meetings. Or with teams and other microsoft products Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While recording training for people from my team that are not in the session, the quality of the video, post recording could be better. There are some details that can be missed while viewing the video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simplicity of use of the room systems and of the apps (windows app, IOS app and android app).
The administration of the whole system is also very easy to do. You can invite someone to a conference in a breeze. Screen sharing, through a Wi-Fi network, is also a very good feature. Keep up the good work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found nothing relevant on the negative side of our Lifesize systems.
But the smartphone app should behave better in background than it actually does. We have reported this problem to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lifesize hardware, especially the speaker unit. Audio in the meetings are great even when there your are in a room with a lot of people far from the unit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The built in software app. I found myself using, most of the time, the web version of the Lifesize app. There are a lot fo time that I have to re enter my credentials even if I've saved my password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Call quality, which is very good and it's a handy tool for meetings between team across the globes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really, there's some minor issues, sometimes it doesn't detect my microphone, but maybe it can be an issue of my setup which is Ubuntu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are two things I like about our Lifesize video conferencing: one is having space in the cloud for multiple users to connect to. This works well for our weekly office-wide meeting where everyone can connect. The other is with the directory allowing us to quickly connect to either a Lifesize device, or a room that uses the desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any dislikes at this time. Lifesize works well for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The call quality is much better than other internet-based video conferencing systems, and the added features (like screen sharing and presentation options) are well designed and reliable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing for the hardware (both cameras and screen sharing device) is very high and cannot be replaced by third party solutions; the annual subscription fee is expensive compared with internet-based business solutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
