What do you like best about LibreOffice?

I like that it is free.. Call me crazy, but I like not having to pay to write stuff down. Also, I like being able to save files in word format so that others don't have to be inconvenienced by my lack of funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LibreOffice?

I've found it is really difficult to download free fonts and get them to actually show up in libreoffice. But that is the only con I have found! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LibreOffice:

I like it! You would think you would get what you paid for, but is surprisingly efficient with almost all the same options as word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LibreOffice?

I can do everything that I would do with Microsoft Office, and finding where the options are is very intuitive (unlike the random shuffle from MS Office). I have had no issues with reading MS file formats and it is able to keep my formatting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LibreOffice?

The Microsoft products cannot read the odf format properly. Going from LibreOffice to MSOffice does not keep my formatting (Unfortunately this is a MS problem). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering LibreOffice:

Use it, you will like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
