What is LibreOffice Base?

Base is a full-featured desktop database front end, designed to meet the needs of a broad array of users. Base caters to power users and enterprise requirements, providing native-support drivers for some of the most widely employed multi-user database engines: MySQL/MariaDB, Adabas D, MS Access and PostgreSQL. In addition, the built-in support for JDBC- and ODBC-standard drivers allows you to connect to virtually any other existing database engine as well.

What do you like best about LibreOffice Base?

I love the ease of use. If you are coming from other database software like "microsoft" it is just as good if not better!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LibreOffice Base?

In the beginning it was a little hard to get use to because i was use to Microsoft version. However, there is so much help online that you will get the hang of it in just a few minutes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LibreOffice Base solving and how is that benefiting you?

Base is definitely saving me time and money by allowing me to create vast databases to use later in unlimited mail merges for marketing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
