Being able to repurpose my over-a-decade old sluggish laptop into a dedicated streaming machine has been made possible thanks to the exceptionally lightweight LibreELEC. Installing the operating system was straightforward & I was able to boot up & sign in to Netflix & YouTube shortly after setting up the OS. I've noticed a few disconnections with Bluetooth when connecting my Beats Flex wireless earphones to the laptop running LibrELEC which was unnoticed with the device's former OS - Windows 7 Starter.
