**What do you like best about Liana®Cloud Marketing Automation?**

I like that it brings everything together under an easy-to-read and understand umbrella. As someone with little sales experience, Liana made most pieces of information I needed just a click away.

**What do you dislike about Liana®Cloud Marketing Automation?**

It was more of an error on our system side, but the integration process took some time. However, the Liana support team was there with us every step of the way.

**What problems is Liana®Cloud Marketing Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real-time updating was huge for us. We could see at an instant which accounts required what kind of attention and were able to streamline our efforts into maximum productivity.
