I really enjoy the Lexis Nexis State Net platform for all legislative tracking purposes. You can set up alerts for any status changes. Also, it is very easy to look up bills in your state or federally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the user interface is bright and "clean" looking. The highlighted search terms and search term map are really helpful for pinpointing portions of a case where the most relevant information will be. LexisNexis has several advantages over its competitors. The main one is Sheperd's, which is the gold standard for determining whether your case is good law still. Lexis has also made strides with its searchability to make it close to its competition.
